Ok, so I must say we have had the WORST experience EVER with tickmaster. We paid for4 VIP packages. Show starts at 7:00pm however, we have no CLUE what time to be there for meet n greet. We live over 2 hrs awy, the venue (sommet center) is also no help. This is the first day of school for our daughters. We dont want to pull them out of class unless necessary. However we have NO CLUE. IT is now 9 days prior to show and still NO itinerary. Can someone PLEASE give us advice on what to do
