You know Zelaya was ousted off office becuase he wanted to ask the people of Honduras if they wanted him for a second term. In New York City people voted in favor of limiting term limits for mayors, however, Bloomberg continued running for two terms. In Colombia, Uribe was able to stay for a second term in office, despite the fact that the COlombian Constitution banned reelection. Uribe is a bloodthirsty freak who is going for a third term.
