Speaking of KPRC, that's the same voiceover (Scott Chapin) that they used from 1993 to 1999. Chapin also does the voiceover on WPXI, another station that uses KSEE's music, Frank Gari's NBC Flagship

To make my comment more clear, KPRC used Scott Chapin from 1993 to 1999, while KSEE began using Chapin at the time or sometime after it got its new logo.
