to stop winpwn from shutting down during the process, resize the partition in the partition resizer tab to 551 Mb and it should create the ipsw just fine.

Seems that Winpwn 2.0.0.4 does not work if need to unlock firmware 1.1.4. I've got mine working on firmware 2.0.1.

are you sure that you are running 2.0.0.4 because that should never happened. Also are you trying to unlock it using 2.0.1 of some other firmware such as 1.1.4??

does it? geez, everytime i try to pwn it using the 5B108 file the only available checkbox is the activate phone :( i can use the 3rd party apps but it cant recognize any carrier other than my AT&T and if i use the 5A version i got an error message (1)

Either way, check my ERROR 6 solution video, that should solve your problem. I have successfully solved error 6, 9, 20, 1600, 1603, 1604 using the same method shown in that video. Good luck.

you said unlock? but it only do jailbreaking (3rd party app) unlocking means you can use it in any carrier. is it not?

make sure u put da iphone in DFU mode if you did you won't have error 6 it will restore fine...count to 10 seconds it will help alot...

if you got error 6 then most likely the phone won't go to DFU. So just go ahead and restore it original firmware without putting the phone in DFU

you cannot restore it with 2.0.1 using iTunes 7.5 because it's not compatible wih it. Must download 7.7 or higher to get it done.

yes i did get error 6 a lot that either has something to do with your phone not being in DFU or winpwn being buggy. Now, here's what you should do. Connect your iphone to computer then using itunes, restore the phone with regular original 2.0.1 firmware. Once that's done, try again the same method i showed in the video all the way from step 1.

keep youtube fix as well. If that causes any problem then uncleck it and follow the step but 99% if you do it without youtube fix that will make youtube crash.
