toller song aber der gesang stolpert doch ziemlich. ich meine das wirklich nur als konstruktive kritik, also nimms mir bitte nicht übel, aber die art wie du singst ist für das lied zu modern und so einige töne stimmen nicht.

ansonsten ist die idee echt gut dich mehrstimmig aufzunehmen, als one-man-band xD

Many associate this song with tradgedy ,but the lyrics actually reflect a very positive life outlook: For example, though "the sun has gone down" and my rest is "a stone," I will awake with a heart full of praise and build an altar to God from the tradgedies that have occured in life="out of my stony griefs Bethel I'll raise." Following, the writer acknowledges that even if he doesn't survive the trials he  will " On joyful wing...upward .. fly" To be with God. What a great witness.

Completely awesome... I was help take apart an old barn that was damage and I came across a book of old sheet music. The pages were ripped out and such, and in the basement I found a couple connected.... This is a much disputed story. It was reported by a Canadian passenger that could not have heard the orchestra playing. The fact that the passenger was Canadian is important as it is known to have been sung be the doomed crew and passengers of the SS Valencia that sank of the Canadian coast in 1905.
