@zlrider1 yes, these sleds do have piston problems they burn on the exhast side.. your better off u pull the motor and put in a 550f unless you have lots of money to keep fixing
i have the agsact same sled. only mine has pro taper bars and its set for racing.. it ran like shit when i got it.. i think the cdi went on it. but what does urs take off at? my rpms are 5200
if you change the jets acording to temp you should be fine you will get a big difference in performance and you would have to change your clutch weights and spring to get it to engage at a lower rpm you still have the racing set up for your clutch i have a 2003 pro x 440 and thats what it engages at
how many miles does it have, whats the motor size, what shape is it in? those are the basic things you need for the pricing of a sled.Message me back with all the specs and i'll give u a price.
