The sad thing is, the Rams have six total wins since 2007, SIX! The only thing that saved us (Rams) from running the table in reverse last year was a 17-10 win over the Lions. That was our Stupor Bowl championship.
I hate to say it, but as William Clay Ford Sr. is still alive........... expect more Misery. I miss the 'ol 8-8 seasons. At least 'ol Wayneo got us to the playoffs every year....... there was hope at a time.......
Don't worry - as long as Al Davis is alive you'll have company at the bottom.
The Lions and Raiders can battle it out every year for the anti-super bowl championship. And every 10 years the team with the most miserable seasons between the two can be declared the Un-team of the decade.
In Rod We Trust!! 0-16! Every day, this is what "pound the rock" has gotten you. Oh, and Matt Millen and inept ownership overseeing this for 8 years. The dream has come true. Finally.
Dec. 23, 2007: Last time the Lions won a game - against horrific KC.
Jim asked where do we go from here. There's another dream. Most consecutive losses in a row. I think maybe the Lions can do it; especially with that inept ownership hiring a coach before a GM.
Longest Losing Streak - 29 Chicago Cardinals: 1942-43, 1944 as Card-Pitt, 1945
They could also break their own recent record for longest Road Game Losing Streak - 24, Detroit Lions: 2001-2003.
oh he's a lions fan.....no wonder he's so bitter

I knew the Rams really sucked; but I hadn't realized they were doing quite that bad.

I mean, leave it to the Lions to continue the culture of losing by putting 2 guys in charge who have been part of the losing culture the last 7 years.
I think they have 19 consecutive overall loses right now. Here's to starting 2009 0 and 11.
