dude, you've got it all wrong. that car would have easily been a write off from the insurance company, so they dont care in the least bit how the car is removed. also do you know how many cars these dudes pull out of weird places and positions, they could spend an entire day trying to remove a car without further damaging it even though its already totaled! usually the only thing thats further damaged is the shell, which is already screwed anyway.

Sometimes you have to stop and take a few minutes to relax, make sure you're okay and THINK about what the next move is. NEVER let a punk tower tell you what to do...in this case I would of had him off-road it AROUND to the front of the M3 and make sure you and your video buddy clear the path, and tow it slooowwly.

If the towing dude does not like it or doesnt want to do it - laters - next tower until you find the right one.
