  • I'm an italian patient of dr salvi and zamboni. I'm desperately, with pain, suffering, hedache for the nervs, and i havetwo babies, the most little have five monts and im incapable to care is. And....in italythis angioplasty IS UNLEGAL,,,,!

  • it is useless to fight against stupidity, better to avoid it

  • Blocked or stenoses veins no matter what way you look at it MS or no MS is still a problem. Any person or Dr. would agree. So why not fix the problem because in fact thats what it is. And see what happens. Its like saying my faucet has a leak lets fix the water. No the problem is the faucet fix it. Stenoses of veins is a problem you can see it. Fix it. Its to simple to be that easy to fix MS. Thats the problem people always look for bigger things when simplest is usally best.

  • It is absolutely criminal to charge thousands for a procedure in its infancy (in relation to MS) with no real evidence of sustained efficacy.

  • @TheWhoHe And it is absolutely criminal for the MS society who spends Billions of dollars every single year on "so called research" and making drugs. And what does all this money have to show for it after all this time? Next to nothing! They are no closer to solving MS today than they were from day one. They can't cure it and they can't even tell us what causes it. So to tell people not to have any hope or not to try another approach when everything has failed is criminal!

  • @notapplicable66 " They can't cure it and they can't even tell us what causes it"...But they can tell us what does not cause it and evidence is now seriously questioning the 'CCSVI' hypothesis. Blind hope is of no use to any of us. If you search you will start to find as many testimonials from those unaffected or worsened by 'liberation' who are certainly thousands poorer. Charging for 'liberation' is far more unethical than the MS society's funding of controlled trials and pure research.sorry

  • @TheWhoHe You are full of crap and are clearly work for the medical profession. You have failed miserably!! That is why so many people are going elsewhere for other methods. What is said about CCSVI makes a lot of sense. Nothing else even comes close. So moron. How can they tell us CCSVI does not cause MS if they have never studied or had a clinical trial? They no knowing about it!! Just like they know nothing about MS!!! Go to church and preach your crap there!!

  • @notapplicable66 Oh dear.

  • "I'd strongly advise a more balanced perspective" was my original comment and this in the light of emerging current research which counters and significantly questions the 'CCSVI'/MS correlation. It is this properly conducted and rigorous research which is largely ignored by the e-media community and this wilful ignorance tends toward fuelling false hope at great expense to those most vulnerable. It is absolutely criminal to charge thousands for a procedure in its infancy with no real evidence

  • I do honor your right to make your own assessment about it and to be diligent in researching anything that is done to your body.

The scientific evidence is building up, the experiences are building up. And with or without correlation to MS I want my brain to have unrestricted blood flow and drainage.

  • It does seem like we are having that debate.

I am trying to explain that the earth isn't flat, that because of the rising and setting of the sun and with the improbability that a flat object could orbit around the sun... that hundreds to thousands of people have traveled around it and we can both hear their stories. I feel as though since the government or any authority isn't telling you then you won't accept any other evidence.

  • Comment removed

  • So, the earth is flat.

  • Seeing it, from so many people is the evidence that I need.

Knowing that normal blood flow and drainage for the brain is severely restricted in some people should be enough to put the medical community into hyper response mode. The brain is the center of our nervous system, the organ which controls all of our bodily functions. It makes sense that if there is a problem with normal blood from as it leaves the brain then the body would suffer greatly.

  • The few complications seen are expected when any surgical procedure is done. When patients can't choose this treatment at home and have to travel abroad there is no follow up care and no support support system to protect them.

Every patient should have the right to choose angio (a demonstrated safe treatment) at home NOW, while doctors study them and learn about its correlation to MS

  • The results...hundreds, possibly thousands of people now who are walking again, who have warm hands and feet, regaining bladder control, who are riding bikes, using exercise machines, who are regaining the will to live....those results tell me that the theory and the Liberation Treatment are GAINING credibility.

  • @dsmartwoman Where is the real evidence that "The results...hundreds, possibly thousands of people now who are walking again," is in fact true and is the result of 'liberation'?

  • This theory and the so called 'liberation' treatment are becoming less credible daily. I'd strongly advise a more balanced perspective to counter the self-interested clinics and self-promoting internet gurus who dominate these media fora. Think rationally and wait for the science which is not far behind.
