I got my $100 dollar gift card from t-mo on Monday...

As of Nov 3rd 2009. The $100 has not gone out yet to customers since tmobile has not given up on the data restoration efforts. Most of my contacts have been restored, but, its still a wait for the notepad / todo /etc.

Yeah, and it seems that very few people will get the $100, because they've been able to restore almost everyone's contacts. They aren't going to give it out for other types of data loss.

If so, that sux for me. Most of the data that I really needed back were in the NotePad, Todo, and Calendar.

Last I talked with them, they said that they are continuing to work on their restore efforts.

If you had significant data loss they will send it to you in a couple of weeks. If they were able to recover your data, you won't get it.

ive got a prepaid sidekick also..and ill be goddamned if contract customers get the 100 dollar credit and prepaid does not. we lost the same things they did.

I wasn't expecting this video to be done processing so soon, but yeah, Contract customers will most likely be getting a $100 gift card of some kind and most of them have pretty much already received a $20 credit on their bill because they shouldn't have to pay for data when the service isn't working, but they aren't being so nice to prepaid customers, I guess.
