@Z32luver It does say something for the tip strength of the blade. In an outdoor knife that isn't as important but still good to have if you want make a fire bow and need to drill a starter hole in your board.

I believe you mean the bone must have been weakened and first off that's not a human bone. Most likely a pig bone or something to that nature. When your striking someone it will that a lot more force to break bones. They are just showing what they can do to bare bones.
