Here's how I think the word "aircraft" should be:

If you say a number with it you can say it with or without the "s"

However if you don't say a number with it but it's plural it should have the "s" ex. five aircraft(s) just landed

the aircrafts just took off.

In Hungarian, we add a suffix to make it plural. In the case of the word "airplane", it's -ek: "repülőgép(ek)", but if you say it with a certain amount/all/none(there isn't any), there's no suffix ex. öt/minden(összes)/nincs repülőgép.

Just because the DSi doesn't have that doesn't mean it can't be on there. Also, you can play multi player but with 2 Dsi's. SECONDLY, Flight Control DOES NOT require multi touch, it's just an added bonus. THIRDLY, I have this game on my DSi and my high score was 128 give or take a few. So your statements "pretty much" fails. Enjoy. >:]
