  • LADYS I LOV SXTING,MAKE ME KUM 4055014234

  • great, but less talk and more exercise, please.

  • Superb...thnx

  • Hi there!

will this excerise enlarge the chest ?? and makes it tighter?? please reply .thanks!

  • working out on the ball is better because it works more muscles its only unsafe if your retarded

  • sir, or miss, there's a difference between losing energy for no reason and actually working the muslces you want to work. That's why perfect form is so important so no unwanted muscles go into play.

  • That ball can roll over any time , use a bench or you can just make them on the floor , dont ever use a ball , its not safe , stupid video :/

  • yeah that's ryt!

  • You are right, it's good for beginners, but it's so unsafe if you want to push heavier weights I can't even describe it. For actually toning muscles you need absolute focused work, which is what you simply cannot do on a ball because you have to use your legs to balance. Solid back support, focusing all energy on chest and arms that's what will make it work.

  • Thanks for sharing....very informative...

  • lol - they use the photoshopped photo of her after pointing out the evils of photoshop in another video

  • i love this chicks boobs!

  • Stupid but the Girl is a hottie

  • why non-dominant arm first?

  • its not as big, and by working it first, you surprise it and get more of a workout

  • this is gay!

  • Great exercise and great explanations on how to do it.

  • HD!

  • Nice way to exercise

  • This is a great exercise!! I always try to mix up my routines and this one seemed really cool, so I gave it a shot...IT'S BRILLIANT!! It takes a few minutes getting the correct routine in place, but when you master it, you can really feel the various muscle groups working hard! I started with 15lbs and will slowly work up, but seriously, even 15lbs is surprisingly effective. The beauty with this work out is not the level of weight used, but correct application of technique - well done Diet Health!

  • Wow that first sentance was a long winder

you almost ran out of breath

  • what should you use for balance if you don't own a fitness ball?

  • oops! Sorry , it is very a shaming reading this stuff, I am just trying to lose some weight and those kind of exercises are just right for those who really want to do it, just reserve your comments for yourself.*P.S-DONT FIGHT ITS JUST A VIDEO-V-I-D-E-O-THAT SPELLS VIDEO UNDERSTAND!?

  • Id give her a chest workout

  • loll

  • I like the HQ better! Thanks for the workout!

  • I like hq because I can't load the hd fast enough

  • i guess im going to start with two dumbbell's then work my my way to using one dumbbell.

  • Hey that was great! Thanks for the vid.

I do like HQ better than the HD.

  • HQ only because not everyone can view HD quality, depending on their computer. && i dont see much difference in the HD quality anyway

  • I love diethealth!!!!

  • I'd put a disclaimer on this exercise. Blunt force trauma to the chest is the third leading cause of accidental death, after head and neck injuries. Imagine if you have a klutz among your viewers. First your unbalanced and then you have a twenty pound weight hanging over your head. I think there has to be a safer way to build up your abs and arms without this one. It would be like doing pull-ups on a flag pole that's forty feet off the ground.

  • Thanks for the note - will do! Thanks for keeping us accountable.

  • Are you kidding me? You're suggesting that people are going to end up getting killed because of this exercise? What a joke. If 20lbs is too heavy for you use 5.

Are you also going to tell me that I shouldn't be doing heavy squats or over head press with 150lbs just in case I drop it on my head?

    Get real.

  • I am real. You can do anything you want. I'm looking out for the people who do these things without thinking and without foresight. Not everyone is as intelligent as you are. There are kids who run on a blistering hot day and think they can handle the heat and try to do a five or ten mile run and then suffer a heat stroke and die.

  • Ok, you seem to have issues regarding paranoia. There are many, many greater risks we encounter on a daily basis than doing an exercise with a 20lb dumbell, somehow managing to hit yourself in the head with it hard enough to kill you. Even the thought of that is rediculous. You are more liklyto have a plane fall on your head than what you suggested actually happening.

I suggest you stay inside, that way you will be safe from all the dangers we face on a daily basis.

  • I worked in a trauma room at the world's greatest hospital and I've seen little kids killed by less stuff than this. Do me a favor and drop a twenty pound dumbbell across your chest. Maybe you'll get a widened mediastinum. Y'know it's been years since I've seen that due in part to airbags and seatbelt laws. But then it would be people like you that would be against that sort of thing. I suggest you do the smart thing and ignore any and all safety features in your car the next time you drive

  • Just what is the "worlds greatest hospital"? Let me guess, you're American and of course naturally think you your American hospital is the :worlds greatest". Because Americans are so arogant to think that everything they have to do is the best in the world.

I race motorcycels and I've seen people crash at 150mph and walk way. I've seen people crash at 30mph and go to teh hospital. Point being everything we do in life has the potential to go wrong. Fear mongering you're doing is lame.

  • Do me a favor can you please do a You Tube video of you crashing your motocycle at 150 mph. Thank you I'm quite certain you'll get more views than Susan Boyle. Obviously my comments are for those people who care about their health; which this channel is trying to promote.

  • Do me a favor and stop trying to scare people into not trying new exercises. If you really cared about what this channel is about you wouldn't post ridiculous comments trying to scare people into not trying the specific exercise.

Your comments are for no one but yourself. You want to feel important so you post false statements about the safety of exercises shown here.

You could fall and kill yourself on a flight of stairs when are you going to warn the people about going up and down stairs

  • lol, please go away. You're starting to bore me.

  • Typical comment from someone starving for attention.

  • Thank you :) You guys are great, I've learned so much from your work-out and diet-tips :)

  • HD FTW!

  • I prefer HD quality video.

  • definitely like the HQ better only because my computer slows down and the video gets really choppy when i try to view anything in HD.. which is weird because this laptop is pretty new. either way, HQ is better because it gives you the option to see it in better than normal quality... HD could mean you're stuck with crappy quality

  • This was a cool new workout technique/exercise i've not seen before...FRESH i like it! =] Thx diethealth and sarah!

  • the big HD

  • Good question on the 2 at once. My trainer makes me do 2 at once.

  • It's actually harder than doing 2, i was shocked!

  • hmm...i def. have to try this the next time i go to the gym.

  • does this hurt your back? I had back surgey..it doesn't look like it effects your back much, depending on the weight size. I would have to ask my physical therpy about this.

  • i need to try this with my exercise ball.great video!!

  • I like the HD a lot more bcuz it's bigger & more clearer. (:

  • I like both versions of the HQ.

  • i really need to get me pair of dumb bells.

    nice vid. good stuff.

  • hey girls....i have a recommendation for you....i think u should find a pair of gloves for d dumbell exercise....unless u want your palm's surface as rough as sandpaper of farmer's palm....

  • physio ball ftw<3

& once you get on one, you'll see it's made of very thick rubber - you'd have to stab it with a sharp object pretty forcibly to cause it to burst, they are very strong, and made to withstand a lot of weight & pressure.

  • what does this actually do for a women's chest?

  • Its a type of chest press......... The whole range of motion, pushing the weight up and lowering it down is working the chest...

  • It keeps your boobs up in place among other things :)

  • It keeps the boobs up in place? Cool, I will get my gf to do these then....

  • LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • LOL!

  • HAHAHAHA

  • hahah

    i am gonna try that

  • LOL! thanks for answering that. i was hoping you would answer, being a woman and all. lol. thats pretty much the answer i wanted. Thanks!! =]

thanks for the answer above as well!!

  • @diethealth D: breasts, not boobs ! Never seen a professional trainer say that. HAha ! :P

  • I'm really scared about the exercise ball some people told me that it can blow and hurt u =/

  • For that you have to be American überfat that wights like 400lbs. o__O

  • haha you crack me up

  • lmfao, very well said xD

  • How's that? o__O

  • Its an excellent piece of kit with a million effective uses. It won't blow! Don't worry:)

  • Lo0oL ;P Ok I'll Think About it =D
