So love to hear from people who are in maintenance. I think that is the part that scares us the most! Most of us have only lost all the wright only to regain it and WLS gives us hope that we can keep it off forever.

So happy for you! BInge sminge, as long as your keeping yourself accountable you be fine. I wish I could start running. Maybe my body will allow me to do it soon. My body is still trying to adjust to not having the excess weight my body is out of alignment making it hard to keep me from walking correctly. Considering Physical therapy, but as soon as I get the okay look out. Keep up the good work. You look terrific. Merry Xmas and happy New Year! Stay safe and stay the terrific new year God Bless
