For everyone that has asked already, the guy skating is Braden Overett. This video was from the first show he did this program for in Denver several years ago. He has since polished it more and has included a single loop and single axel. I believe he had some of the University of Denver hockey players teach him the ropes on hockey skates.

well i think he probably trained Figure skating because on that spin it has to be exactly on the front middle part. because since a hockey skate has no toe pick then it is suppose to be harder. and 1 thing those little jumps he did are like almost impossible because you need a toe pick to jump, but great vid!

Am sorry right , but you dont need a pair of figure skates to skate like that! This guy has just prooven that. I go ice skating regulary and quite alot of my friends can perform moves like that in hockey skates, and quite gracefully today, its just the style in which you skate , not the type of skatin you do!
