radical setup ... really unique ... I like it ... Burtha is starting to look like a thorough bred ... bet she gots leggs too ...
but I still got you by 25 pounds !!! lol ....
looks like there is a lot of hand work there though ... I think your build is a difficulty level 10 where mine is more like a 5 ... is Bertha something average Joe might be able to handle ???
Thank you SmartScarecrow. Yeah, She's beginning to take shape.
I don't think I can come close to that beast of yours, In weight, or volume. But I hoping to blow your doors off in efficiency. Maybe yours should have been named BURTHA. LOL..
And I don't know if the average Joe can build it, But he can take some ideas with him. Maybe a little more informed.
well, I am building pickup trucks and you are building a freakin' Ferrari ... its nice to have choices ... I just saw a video where a guy replicated my design using hunks of steel he cut out of old appliances and some plywood ... what a wonderfull device he created from stuff headed for the land fill ... so there's a lot to be said for simple and functional even if it wont win the Kentucky Derby ... but I do admire your craftsmanship ... way beyond mine ...
aare those red wires sitting inside the generator?? I Was told to NEVER EVER have copper wires inside the generator
you could do some overheating, have some extra corrosion happen, and turn that thing into a fire hazzard if you do.....

No, All inside wiring is stainless steel cable, Once the terminal get outside the cell, I use 12 gauge copper wiring.
