see i love to watch these videos for motivation. all of these guys are straight up jacked and they don't any freakin cable pulldowns or one arm tricep extensions, just straight up fitness using asphalt and fire escape stairs. i was doing all these dumb back exercises like lat pulldowns and one arm rows, now i do mainly straight up pull ups. nothing gets em better!

man, the dance gives the endurance.
So, when you worj your back (Chinups / pullups) do them slower, get all the way down before you go up, that way you gain more explosive muscle
