Sorry, but if you skip the FMV's, it's not a perfect game. I'm trying to do on PSP. Game that I download from the Store I think is faster than original CD I have. I'm from Spain and the Excalibur II is much difficult than other versions. It will be very hard, but I hope finding the sword. Sorry for my bad English.

So it's pointless to get the letter by jumping 50 times unless you do it for your own satisfaction because the game doesn't ever show that you got it? It isn't listed in the list Mosh shows in disc 4 and it doesn't appear anywhere in your inventory or anything to show that you have gotten it?

I've calculated the chances for the succes of FFIX - E2 PG on PAL !!!! It's impossible, with the target time of "1whoistornapart" you've 11:28 hours, ok. Let's calculate *60 = 688 minutes. So you've to calculate *70 and than divide it through /60 = 803 minutes.

Divide it through /60 so now you've 13:20 hours. How the hell can you save 1 hour and 20 minutes with items, i think that's is almost impossible, but it doesn't matter, I'll try it :P

is it required to pick up all the treasures and visit all the save points in order to get the excalibur II? i read some FAQs about the excalibur challenge but it wasnt mentioned. Just want to make sure before i start the run.

No, getting all the treasures is not necessary for the Excalibur II. InvincibleGarland is doing the Excalibur II/Perfect Game run, meaning that he is trying to get all items (well, all missable items) and also the Excalibur II.

Hmm, is this played on a ps1 or ps2?

I've been replaying this on a ps2 and the graphics are much more pixelated than they are in this video. And that is with the Texture Mapping set to Smooth.

And finally, do you reckon it's possible to do an EXII Perfect Run on the PAL version, or is it just too slow?
