I found an awesome glitch in this level! You need 2 cheats for it: super jump, and parachute. at 0:35 you jump over the first wall (I think) and then you start falling and you parachute and keep holding forward (if you dont you'll land in invisible water) and you will end up in the one city with the Asian gang (dunno been like 4 years since i played it) and most streets and buildings are invisible and there are people walkin aroudn you can go inside all the houses that are there, no doors etc.

If you've actually explored Liberty City you'd know that no cars, jetpacks or ANYTHING can be spawned with cheats and there are no default cars, except the one at the back of the building which is locked!

Actually, R* plans for this mission were different.

The Part One of the mission (the flying) would have been the same.

But, Part Two (killing Marco Forelli) would have been very different.

You would have to kill the escaping Marco at Staunton Island, thats why there are some low poly textures.
