@cope9 how is that not detrimental?, socially it's maladaptive, each of those surgeries and piercings puts him at risk for infection. It's also quite obvious that he is addicted to the endorphine release from all those procedures.. he could be the nicest guy in the world but this is detrimental in a number of ways...... for example, do you not think the nose has specific functions?? and shouldn't have giant holes in either side?
