unless im mistaken, which i could be, as i barely watched any of the first episode quite a while back, it started out with kahlan having the book of shadows that richard memorized, at his fathers command...then they destroyed it...starting it all out with kahlan having the book was a bad sign to me from the start...so i gave up on it being even close to the series

she is hot, but the show is fail, i couldnt even make it through the first episode...its gone too far from the books for my taste...i expect movies to vary a bit, but a show should be able to stick to the script a bit better....too bad, i wouldve liked to seen the books played out, if not in a movie, then on tv

@CrimsonDragonStar the reason y it was so different is cuz Disney produced it or whatever. So they couldn't have the whole Darken Raul raped your mother thing and much more. It had to be a lot more family friendly. If HBO picked it up it would have been ten times better. But I still think it was a good show in its own form away from the books. But of course the books r way better.

well i kinda watched she show since i had the misfortune of reading the book . its alright as far as shows go and make several improvements from the books . such as evil wizard was changed from father to brother , but then again imitating famous moment from such unknown series as the star wars would've gone unnoticed by the general audience .

my problem with modern entertainment industry is their pompous assumption that everyone who is watching them is a complete imbecilic and can be bough with introduction of ridiculous amount of sex and obscene violence.

i loved it when after watching 300 people in cinema were asking "who won ?"

Legend of the seeker stands on its great story and good action. And of course very hot looking actor and actresses and their chemistry.
