If we dont rest our minds that last time will creep on us when we least expect, and it will be too late. So i think we need to be in constant sabbath rest, constant awareness. When you are tired you lose your awareness.. Or maybe when you are exahausted.

We know that is is important for man to rest. So the 4th commandment emphasizes that their is and end to everything. End of the day. End of the week. End of the year. End of our lives. End of the world. So when we come to that emd we are at rest. And there is a new begining. At the end we will face our creator. Before we enter that new begining. That is why we need to remember the Seventh Day the Sabbath day. It is his seal. It represnts Hm.

If you live by the Holy Spirit then you should be constantly in Sabbaht Rest. It is hard to explain but i will try my best. Meaning , we know that being in the Holy Spirit we are not subject to time as God is not subject to time. We do everything in grace. We are patient, at peace no matter what we go through. You see but we dont give ourselves this the holy spirit does. So it is impossible for us to keep the laws, only the holy spirit living in us can kee p it for us.

We keep the SABBATH but not like the old testement way. I agree. The Sabbath is in Jesus. We keep it the new testement way. Where we dont do it by works but in a spiritual way. I dont see anything wron with someone not working on Saturday but at the same time I dont think it is a sin to sork on the say. I think what is most important is that HIS LAW IS IN YOUR HEART AND MIND as you work. So thereore you worshio him everyday.

The most important thing about the dispute of sabbath , Sunday/Saturday, is not what day is the day of worship it is the change of the symbolism of what the day means. The change of time. God created time so no man should change the order of God. If you change 1 part of a calcutlation it will ruin the whole calculation. You will get the wrong answer. Remember in math. you make 1 error you get the wrong answer.
