@slapoutz ...No they are not 35 inches in diameter . Those number refer to the rim diameter and the width.

For example , I have a set of 21.5-16.1's Firestone I-3's. What that translates to is a 46in tall tire that 21.5 wide mounted on a 16"diameter rim thats 18" wide. The rim width can vary a bit plus or minus a couple of inches.
