Question: how much better you think a PC game could be from a console game if the game developers stopped porting from console to PC! I want to know your opinion please!
@ezjohny1 allot better! from what ive heard at least but some companies (say like valve) choose not to use PCs to their full potential bcuz they have a serve they take and see what people are running are the pc they use and find out what kind of game would best suit the average gamer not the "hardcore gamer" i would like to see what developers could do if given the freedom of making a strictly pc game that is for only the most hardcore of PCs :D to bad mine wouldnt be able to play it
@ezjohny1 Yes, PS3 and Xbox 360 are slowing down the progress in the game industry. Developers are porting games from the PS3/Xbox360 to the PC and they are not exploiting the potential of latest technology.
@ExhaleMe If you go to my website you can read what I said. ;) And that is : "I'll make videos that are not directly related to my projects" =) Thanks!
I think it's a good idea to show something unless you have done some substatntial work. I have some suggestions: You could e.g. tell how much hours of work you put in which part of the software. Or more interesting: what was the most fun part in the process of programming ect. and of course the most annoying nerv-wracking thing to do. I guess that information would show people that a game isn't made in a blink of an eye. ;) BTW: I appreciate your endurance and dedication.
@Kosake82 The thing is that there are many things that require an extreme amount of time but simply can't be displayed visually. Thanks for your support =)
Outdoors video, today! I know what you mean about having a large development project, and only being able to release minor updates. I haven't felt like releasing any videos because there's just so much work to be done. Good luck!
By the way, you have the coolest hair in all of YouTube, period.
@HythlothCoder These days it's really sunny so I had no problems with that. Breeze torture me, I have a really good stereo microphone in combination with software for speech detection I got a really bad result. Next time I need to assure that ther isn't even a dollop of wind.
Thank you for your understanding. And thanks for the compliment ;)
