Its a prepaid service, by fcc regulations the owner of the account is whoever has the handset and pin number, if you lost your handset then you can authenticate with your activation month and year, if you dont remmember then too bad. Get a real contract with real requirements!!!!
i used to be boost rep and had TMOBILE!!!! hello its obviously a shitty service!what do u expect to get for 50 dollars a month, TMOBILE?? hell no ull get boost and it sucks, if u want a better service get a well paid job that can afford REAL phone service u bunch of gals!
To do ya one better, after I wrote them a terrible email about how shitty their customer service is and how I'll never use boost mobile again for any reason and bad mouth it to all my friends, 3 months later, I got an email declaring they just gave my phone a free month of service (to try and get me to come back)
what else would you spect for 50 dollars a month. the pin is the only security information that Boost uses. so if the bad guys got your pin you will have a hard time to get your account back. The best thing is to call as soon as your phone is stolen and get your account suspended or swiched to another Boost. Of course you need to know your pin cause if you dont there is not way you can be autenticated exept of course with some personal information, like the first day you activated the account.
