You can get the baby some baby clothes, and basically being a ninong, you're like the second father of the baby and you also have to take good care of him. You can spoil the baby if you want because usually when a baby has a lot or even a little bit of ninongs and ninangs they all tend too SPOIL the child lols, but not too much.
