This is one of my favorite videos...ever. And though I know the song is about the animals, I don't hear it necessarily as a "song for polar bears". Many people say that Unrequited or Story of Our Life are the ultimate love songs, but I disagree. I think Head For The Horizon is *the* ultimate love song. Not necessarily human-love, but that's included. Why?- because it says "No matter the consequences, I won't leave you." I think I cried the first time I heard you sing it, and still cry I play it.

I believe hope and action breeds results. If you can sit at your computer and believe that it is acceptable to further endanger Mother Earth, either with indifference, skepticism or complicity, you're wrong. Even the smallest tasks, performed by many, can make a difference. To think that man has not contributed mightily to global warming is naive. Get involved, get informed.
Both times I have seen him (Manchester CT and Scarsdale NY) he has dedicated this song to me. I believe it's because of how excited I get when he asks "Who likes polar bears?"

I bought the cd that this song is on called Momentum about 3 weeks ago when Fox was in Lancaster. I play it constantly and this song stays with me long after the album has ended. If you haven't had the chance to see Fox perform live, check out his performance schedule and get out and show your support. He is amazing!
@Ramshead - I know what you mean! I play his music daily and it seems to get me through the day...I was so happy to see him live in VA the other week. He is extremely entertaining and personable and really loves people. I have each of his CDs and this is one of my favorites...such heart stirring music.
