I was so pissed off with my team last night. I had 12 caps 5 defends, 32-20 kills-deaths and we lost! Everytime I went to B we lost A, everytime I went to A we lost B, Grrrr! However I managed to cap enough to keep us in touching distance and in the closing 30sec we needed to cap C without losing anything and some dufuss blocks the whole team in our spawn(A spawn on Hanoi beside the house in the little yard with 1 entrance) while using his rcxd. Grrrr!

@killua9m Haha, I think you have it backwards. As long as you have people willing to rush blindly around the map without any strategy but to aim and shoot, you'll have people sitting in one spot waiting on them.

Trust me, no one would camp if they knew they couldn't get kills doing it. However, why should you expect someone to rush, when all they have to do is stay in one spot and get a 10+ killstreak easily, just picking off rushers and revenge killers?

Hey i was thinking today how you were looking for a workout to strengthen your lower back and we did this stretch in pe that strenghtens it quite a bit. they are called Good Mornings and what you do is get 50-100 lbs of weight on a bar and bend over with your back arched and pull your arms up to your chest without trying to move your back and keep your legs locked. hope this helped
