  • This is it

  • OH MY GOD! I´m looking for such a looooooooong time for this absolutly awesome track.....

Thanks so much for upload!!!!! Greetings from Germany!

  • Tony is a genious... it sounds sooo ambient and timeless

  • i loved this band right from start ,and had the pleasure of seeing them play live, they had a very different sound to anybody else at that time, i dont know if there has been any re-mix's of their stuff ? could be quite interesting or maybe some things are best left as they are.

  • the most underrated band of the 80's--love this guys

  • Most beautiful track from this really under estimated band from the '80s!!

    I

  • Tony Mansfield rules! Lovely stuff. A brilliant track from the 3rd and last NM album 'Warp'. I have a treasured vinyl copy and a Japanese CD re-issue (that cost a small fortune) - but believe it, the vinyl sounds better than the CD on my hi-fi! The track posted here ends abruptly since it segues straight into 'I Repeat' an even catchier track that follows it on the album. Do not even think about NOT buying any of the New Musik albums if you get the chance. First two are obtainable on CD now.

  • @phloralhall I totally agree with you! They are perfects masters of song building. Unfortunately forgotten and unknown. I have all 3 lp's and the From A to B and Anywhere CD. Never find the Warp CD and I know that it has only a japanese edition of it. Somebody should honor them with the 3 lp's and cd's re edition since it's a crime that perfect music like these is so unknown...

  • One of their best songs and they did a lot, love the bassy synth and the chord progressions throughout the song. Punchy sound

  • *.Theme

  • By far their best.

  • 'You knew something I didn't know - you weren't on the twisted tracks were you?'

    'In black and white.'

Love the sample and hold synth in this track and that bass of course!

  • after this remarkeble group there was

    a-ha

i missed New Music when they split, but when a-ha came, i never forgot this group with their first new fresh 80 sound

  • i love the electronic music. i wish i knew how they do it!

  • Warp...one of my favorite albums from the early wave of British techno Pop! Thanks for posting... (LOL love the compurythm machine picture!)

  • thnxs

  • Mechanical as a robot track. I really loved this song since the first ancient listening.

I've got the fortune to keep in my archive both: the lp and the rare cd "Warp", where this song is taken from.

New Musik have to reform. Absolutely.

  • Lovely, beautiful song!

    Tony Mansfield and his party

    did have always had their

    own special sound!

    Wondering where they are nowadays?

  • One of my faxs NM tracks, is that Nick Straker on the pic?

  • Nick Straker was in the band, in the early days!

  • Fantástico som malta. Só para conhecedores.

  • A great glory from the 80`s. Thank`s guys. Amazing sound and a great band.

  • Couldnt get much better :-)

  • Oh my goodness , give whoever posted this a sainthood!!! This was the perfect marriage of early 80's "new wave synth" and funk! Bizarre and brilliant!!! That synth drum roll still sends shivers down my spine that should have stopped many moons ago!

  • the synthesizer they used in this is amazing..

  • Thanks for this!

  • lol tes po fwancé towa

  • tg twa tawé de mewde, jamé tu sewa mwa.....jamais. En plus, on ma dit que ton twou de balle pue genwe la bouffe pewouvienne. Beuwk nest ce po?!!
