Its not that hard, its just a Rasp style of harsh vocal. Its by far the easiest to preform without messing up your voice. If you want an impressive scream check out early Behemoth. Like their songs "Hidden in the Fog" or "Wolves Guard my Coffin"

Rasping is the easiest style of harsh vocals to execute and thats why there are so many bands that use it. Just like everyones voice is different and everyones singing is different, so is everyones scream. Just because someone sounds different doesnt mean they are using a different technique.
