  • increible esta pieza, la musica y las voces estan acomodadas tan perfectamente bien, que no puedes ni creer lo bien que se escucha! una absoluta genialidad de obra

  • TWO WORDS, PURE PERFECTION

  • *_*

  • Salieri disliked this video.

  • This myth is confirmed: God does exist. I think the crews from Mythbuster should prove this by doing some experiments from Mozart.

  • I think that Mozart proves the existence of the Divine... on one level or another...

  • @adonelahi Yes, the beauty of his music is proof that Intelligibility is not mere chaos; such beauty cannot arise out of mere chaos. It is irrational to think it could.

    Soli Deo Gloria.

  • @roman1akid That is very well said.

  • @roman1akid @roman1akid - Wow, I am exceedingly encouraged by your comment. My channel is dedicated to Christ/The Messiah, and designed to keep the focus on Him. I cannot thank you enough for the kind words, and I say the same to you my co Minister in the Great commission. God Be with you, Bless you, and Keep you in all the riches of His love.

Your brother in His love and service,

    -Joshua

  • it's a bit fast..

  • I have listened to this a million times and each one made my hair stand on end. Epic is an understatement.

  • @sid8980 would "divine" suffice

  • Humano, demasiado humano.

  • Amazing. Mozart was a real god.

  • who was that on who didn't like this???

It's one of the best music, even if it is not from Mozart, becouse his student completed his requiem.

  • @Czapee yes but Mozart was still alive on Rex Tremendae

  • @Czapee this was composed by Mozart, and everything else as far as to the first 8 bars of the Lacrimosa. But Mozart had left Sussmayer instructions on how to complete it in case he would meet an untimely end, which unfortenately he did. The composition was draining him.

  • This I was looking for!

  • Heh. One person was Salieri.

  • Comment removed

  • just wonderful.

  • Awesome!

  • The power, pure force, and energy of this requiem resonates with my soul.

  • Fántastico e Glorioso

  • the most glorious 2 minutes of my life!

  • @MrDeathPainter Dude, that comment was so epic. yeah see? stupid modern people :P

  • @BINGFRYSRDUN Wait a minuet.......

    :3

  • There used to be a time when the word epic was a word of power and awe, but only until stupid gamers have used it to describe less than mediocre things. This song deserves more than the original meaning of epic.

  • This is defintely, the best part of this Requiem

  • @davlor86 interesting point of fact, Constanze later said in an interview 20 yrs after Mozart's death that his personal favorite piece from the Requiem was the Recodare. also several days before his death a group of friends came to visit him and they did an impromptu performance of the completed parts of the Requiem, with Mozart singing the alto part.

  • @davlor86 Absolutely!

  • I think this is the best part in requiem

  • @childofbeethoven you would be thinking correctly...the harmonies at the very end are breathtaking!

  • BEAUTIFUL, ACTUALLY MORE THAN "JUST BEAUTIFUL", DIVINE!

  • I can't believe what has happened to the world of music! They actually call those Korean songs "music", like those mofos the Super Juniors, those "Supers" make music lyrics in Korean (or whatever language they fuckin' use) and people who don't even understand the lyrics actually like their songs, what if those lyrics actually meant: "u r bullshit" or possibly something more discriminating?!

Like a few months ago, I saw some "music" entitled "Fuck U" , and I ain't fuckin' kidding...

  • @Mugenloserhead

Everyone likes different types of music and has different opinions. If you want people to respect your choice in music, you need to respect their choice in music also.

  • @gabby8447 My point is that what they're playing now is FAR from music, like those raps with words like "shit", "mothafucka" and such, that's not music, it's bullturd! Especially those metal and heavy metal "music"... It's like they don't even care about what music started from, and music started from THIS (points to classical music CDs) and now, they think it's lame, and also, notice that the lifespan of an average modern song is about 1 or 2 weeks, before you need to delete it from your iPod.

  • @Mugenloserhead

I understood what your point was and I'm not trying to argue with you. Music is the art of combining tones to form expressive compositions and combing ANY rythmic sequence of pleasing sounds. So anything that does that IS music regardless of whether you like it or not. I do agree with you though about the raps that just talk about sex, money, drugs, etc. Other than that I think all music should be appreciated.

  • @gabby8447 But metal and heavy metal ISN'T combining "pleasing sounds" it's got no rhythmic pattern whatsoever, nor is it music, nothing's pleasing about it, and it's got NO tune on to it, just some people shouting and playing their guitars like the world's gonna end in a second, now THAT'S no rhythmic sequence, it's exactly what I said: Bullturd.

  • @Mugenloserhead

There are people that find it pleasing obviously. And like i had said in my previous coment "...combining tones to form expressive compositions..." they are expressing themselves in some way so it IS music. Whether you enjoy the music or not, as stated earlier. Now i'm done with this conversation, you obviously are not understanding or taking anything i am saying into consideration. You just go ahead and continueto be narrow-minded.

  • @gabby8447 Ah, just face it, those metal "tunes" AREN'T pieces of music, you're the one who's not seeing the picture here, and you yourself said that music is "combining any rhythmic sequence of pleasing sounds" Do you find metal and heavy metal "pleasing"? if you do, then you're like Emperor Joseph in the film "Amadeus", you do NOT appreciate real music, if you don't, then you are like Salieri from "Amadeus", he is one of the few who appreciate Mozart's work.

  • @gabby8447 eh, don't bother with mugenloserhead lol they've described themselves perfectly in their username, and you can't win with narrow-minded, anal retentive people like him/her anyways

  • @wildlark

    Lol:) yes, sadly...

  • You are RIGHT hyperion!! I have heard this music since before I was ever born. I have heard this version, I just came from a concert at the Eglise Madelaine in Paris with the 'traditional version'. It doesn't matter - it is STILL both so dark, so sad, so joyous and so heavenly at the same time. I stared at the frescos, not the choralle or quartet, and..... I understood. This music makes you WANT to die and be lifted up to heaven... And yes, believe me, HE wrote it.

    wolf

  • the BEST..................

  • Great: I assure you to sing this piece, we turn iron lungs ...!!:-)

  • I just listened dozens of Rex Tremendae, and none of them compares to this one. Not even Karajan. This one has soul.

  • I can't thin of a word to describe this. I know many many words aswell. Imagine!

  • salieri is dead...thats why he couldnt dislike this video

  • @ganekelioque lol

  • Epic

Rex tremendae means "the powerfull king"

  • @Alexiastones Rex tremendae majestatis means the king of great majesty.

  • @Alexiastones No, it means King of Tremendous (Majesty). Rex is in the nominative case while tremendae maiestatis are genitive.

  • The best classic music track everrrrr

  • The most absolute rendition!

  • eccessivamente divino

  • This is just too powerful and too beautiful!

  • Un grande GENIO MALEDETTO!

  • Mozart - genius who touches my heart

  • Do know that mozart didnt write the lyrics for the requiem. he just wrote the music

  • @newyorkman95 its sacred text

  • @cool79606 tru

  • Leonard Bernstein's version of the Requiem is really nice and who ever sees this comment should look it up. It's slow, but I think that is how he intended it to be.

  • Che incredibile meraviglia!

  • God had nothing to do with W.A Mozart, he made his music using his brain, he was one of a kind.

  • @demonizer123 Oh yes he did, the very concept of God inspired Mozart most than anything to write such a beautiful master piece.

  • @demonizer123

Considering Mozart was deeply religious, he himself would probably vehemently disagree with you. :)

  • its like god dictate when Mozart wrote this sublime masterpiece the sound of like a angel choir straigth from heaven

  • @FritsGerlich07 but it WAS God who created Mozart...?

  • King! King! ! Mighty Majesty!

I love this so much... thanks for the video.

  • This is my favorite version of the requiem

  • It's like my third favourite piece of the requiem... this is so TAKING, i could listen to that over and over..

  • the recording from the movie(this one) is the best its not too slow or too fast

  • @fdr100100 agreed, this version of the entire requiem is the best!

  • deserves more views than this

  • my favorite piece by mozart. i love his requiem.

  • thanks for the upload

  • Epic.
