@utubeview5 what i have understood. I might be wrong though. The colored Scenes are from way past, where he is the ruler.. he sentences the guy to death. Probably its the same guy who he is smoking a hookah with in the intro scene. The guy gets locked up, and then his daughter sleeps with the king to take the keys to free her father. She gets caught and eventually he has to kill her. Basically 3 lifetimes are shown. The emperor, the archeologist and the one singing the song.

i remember having the only music cassette 'sunoh' back when i was in saudi arabia and i would listen to it every time we'd be in our car. surprisingly, i never got bored of it! i think i bought 6 cassettes because of persistent listening which would wear them out! haha reminds me of the good times i spent in yanbu, jeddah and other places in saudi thanks to the beautiful lyrics and of course a touch of arabic music influence to it!

@tigerpoosha never gave due recognition to him? LOL are you high or just wanted to appeal to the viewers to get a thumbs up mate? The man made a killing. This particular song was on the charts for ages. He said (read some interview, might be wrong - was young back then) he wanted to make a trilogy of albums...which he did...all a success. After that it was his call if he wanted to do solo songs or not. Not many people in India, or for that matter, any fan of hindi/urdu music think he sucks.
