Palestinians rejected every peace offer, and there have been many, and still refuse to negotiate showing that they would rather dream about destroying Israel than having their own state. You are supposed to live in peace because you want peace, not because you are looking for an excuse to murder. If you are looking for excuses not to negotiate will find them. Settlements are not then issue, the vast majority of them are built legally on land Palestinians sold (for which they are executed by their own). Even under UNSCR 242 settlements are recognized as necessary for defense, won in an defensive war. Look at Gaza to see what happens when Israel leaves land.

Surely you must not be saying that Palestinians did not murder innocent Israelis. How about all those suicide bombings on school buses and cafes.  They were targeting kids, women and old people.
