Yes he did I watched and the judge gave him obligations. Watch T.I.'s Road to Redemption. It will talk about the whole weapon charge and the very last episode has him in court and his lawyer and the judge talks about what he did. They don't say anything about him being a accomplice to the federal government. He got off easy with one year and a day because what he did to help other people and he got that because he is a celebrity.

Tip's lawyers made the deal with the feds. Those are the same lawyers that go Ray Lewis off on a murder charge so they were worth the money he paid for them and the feds took a lot of tip's money and property.
