Just read "Unfair Advantage" and have been a huge fan of Rich Dad Poor Dad since I was 20. Im 24 years old and because of you and Robert I own an arcade vending business that pays me cashflow, I dollar cost averaged silver and am in it 2 dollars an oz... I purchased my first rental property several months ago with massive equity and positive cashflow, cashed out a property lot and will 75% leverage to 100% finance my next rental still maintaining cashflow on the first.
