  • Why do you need peanut butter in a healthy shake?

  • I haven't had any processed sugar candies (snickers, etc) in almost 2 weeks. I had one tonight. I feel like crap. I find myself here re-memorizing the shake ingredients (my wife usually makes them for us both). They're SO much better than that other trash. It's amazing because I actually crave healthy food now more than sweets! It's the beginning of something wondering. Now mind, I've been working at it longer than 2 weeks to change my habits and tastes. You've helped a TON! Thanks!!

  • This recipe with the "magic bullet" blender makes the best breakfast...plus easy cleanup. I don't know how people can complain so much for advice that's FREE. Thanks!

  • Will it blend?

  • I just tried this with almond butter instead of peanut butter. Delicious!

  • bro you are out of breath doing this video, OMG

  • how many times a day do you have to drink whey protein? and what's the best way of drinking it before or after workout? thanks in advance.

  • wow, seriously the most delicious shake ever. drinking it right now!

  • Big handful of spinach

    1/2 banana

    2 teaspoons of peanut butter

1 scoop vanilla whey protein (or any protein)

3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk)

    3 big handfuls of ice

Put all ingredients in a blender and blend.

  • Y'all complain too much.

  • Man buy a new camera or something, you have fix that annoying audio video lag

  • Gush, I really hope you can retain your impressive shape. It'll be a great fight!

  • Thank you for sharing! I liked it a lot.

  • I made this today! Really delicious! :)

  • First time i drank it i gagged lol. could be the fact i dont like milk or banana hah

  • Woah, hey, you're starting a week early. What's up with that? I thought it was going to be 26 weeks of Fit 2 Fat.

  • @Funsickled huh? No I started on Nov. 5th, which is 26 weeks.

  • @fit2fat2fit My apologies. I was going based on the order of the upload date for the videos on your youtube site. There's like 5 to 6 Fat2Fit videos between your week 25 weigh in and your last food challenge when the videos are sorted by date, however, I noticed the last donut video was posted later.

  • me too I can et

    are you able?

  • Love the video! Keep using your Blendtec to shed those pounds ;)

  • Could you give som nutrion facts? I'm mostly interested in how many carbs there is in one of those.

  • 2 thumbs up here...made the shake today for my wife and I...we had our reservations based on how it looked...but you can't judge a book by it's cover...this taste's like a peanut butter and banana sandwich milkshake...very tasty...only one question...I followed your recipe exactly...so do I drink it all?

  • absolutely fantastic... I thought it would be awful... I can't stand typical "health" food. As a former football player, I have drank my fair share of protein shakes. And I must say this is the ABSOLUTE BEST TASTING SHAKE I have ever had! Thanks a million!

  • Ask one of those companies to give you a shirt to wear in your videos. Then ask for a fat paycheck.

  • @superfisto This is what I'm saying, you need to get paid for all this!!!

  • i used to add spinach to my smoothies....but unfortunately it makes me SO SICK! wish there was another super green that i could add to mine, that wouldn't cause pain!!!!

  • this was amazing. my 6 & 13 yr old watched in horror as I prepared it ("MOOOMMM, you are putting SPINACH in your smoothie?! BLEECHHH!!!") I let them take a sample sip and they were shocked at how good it was. Side note: I did put in a tsp of vanilla for extra flavor. Then I had to pour a small cup for my now converted 6 yr old fan! :)

  • Please have the ingredients (and rough amounts) in the description!

  • Great shake buddy! Keep up the great work

  • for some reason the vids have a huge black box around them, should try to fix that in future videos (probably has something to do with the output settings), but i love your videos thanks for posting!!!

  • Shake was delicious I second that !

  • What blender is that???

  • @vikki99 blendtech, can order from costo.com if you're a member there

  • Will it blend? :)

  • do we drink this every morning or what? looks good! green = favorite color :)

  • So this is breakfast everyday? Might look into it. What about having it for lunch or dinner? Anyone got any advice?

  • Almond milk ?? Oil ?? Any info about brand name and where to find will he appreciate.

    Thanks .

  • @zerleikoko silk makes an almond milk but i can't remember if it's unsweetened. i'm sure in the dairy aisle, there will be different types.

  • @zerleikoko Almond Breeze Unsweeted almond milk. It is by the coffee creamers and half and half in the regrigerated section.

  • Hey Drew, could you put future recipes in the description too?

  • Tomorrow's your new day back to fit!!!! Yay!!!

  • What is the calorie, protein and sugar count on this?!

  • Man this guys heavy breathing makes me paranoid about my own breathing. Fuck dude start losing that fucking weight already. Shit is scary

  • Tried this recipe. It's legit! Thanks Drew!

  • Wow, very interesting. Thanks for the recipe. BTW JAY LENO SENT ME HERE ;)

  • Almonds are one of the foods which slow thyroid function. Would "Silk Pure Coconut Milk" be a better choice for this?

  • Looks good. Gonna have to try this recipe later. Thanks!

  • What happened to the last week of gaining?

  • hey that black is really slimming, I wouldn't have know you're obese. Your face still looks lean

  • @LietMonty He's fit again already. That was fast.

  • you totally ditched the last weeks of challenges and daily food logs :(

  • IT BLENDS :)

  • why are you breathing so heavily? never mind i know... u got fat :P

  • Is that ALL you're eating for breakfast? I would be hungry by 10am...

  • @jlau718 I'm just guessing, but I think he'll probably be eating 5 or 6 smaller meals a day. That way you keep your metabolism going. It's not good to just east breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

  • @ANeonTiger It's all about calories in, calories out. You could eat all your cals in one huge meal, and it wouldnt matter. The 5 to 6 meals a day is mainly to prevent being very hungry and thus indulging/overeating. Your metabolism will do just fine as long as it gets proper calorie intake. This whole "metabolism slowing down/getting faster" theory is grossly overblown.

  • man why dont u recommend cheap supplements the brands u use are expensive as hell for no reason -_-

  • @xXJeReMiAhXx99 That's why he said Adjust to what you can afford or what not.

  • @Joelv01 no i mean there are alot of supplements out there that are same or better and cost half or less

  • @xXJeReMiAhXx99 supplements are only if you are on a STRICT diet and do not have enough nutrients and protein to say up to par on good things. Its easier to eat normal cooked home food in smaller portions but more frequently throughout the day and your results really won't change at all.

  • @metalgearsolidrulez i dont get where ur coming from lol

  • Wonder if you can get that milk in denmark z.Z

  • @hifferr yeah, I went to Fotex and Kvickly, but there were nothing like almond milk. Howeve,r I put a bit of normal milk or you can also blend water with almonds. By the way, there is really nice ecological peanut butter at Kvickly ;)

  • second!

  • when is the show Dr oz will be on with you?

  • FIRST!!
