your back dreads are sort of flat my friend, u can solve this problem with palm rolling if u choose and u can avoid it by not sleeping on top of ur dreads. other than that u have some sick dreads!

@LeftAstray Actually, I'll have to disagree with you on this one. It's mostly because of how the base of each lock has shaped, that's how the lock tends to somewhat shape as well. Palm Rolling doesn't help, because it will just go back to the natural shape...that's just too much to deal with when it's going to go back to that....Besides...this video was posted Last Year to be exact. I have newer updates, and I don't plan on palm rolling, ever. :-P

@LeftAstray I believe,based on the videos,the 1 year mark would be the time I would officially deem it to be locked up.The roots never lock up,they might seem to at times(not anymore for me),but since it's the new hair,it still needs to reach to a certain length until that loose hair is locked with the rest of the lock.Upside down Y's,not much one can do about that,unless you were to use loose hair from that area to crochet it together.It's hard on the hair to mess with it alot,so be careful.
