  • this is by far the BEST freshwater set up ive EVER seen! great job!

  • beautiful tank and great song. i plan on getting a 125 within the next year

  • nice tank

  • Man that is a cool fish tank.

  • dude thats a sick setup , mega props man

  • wow your tank is soooo much nicer than mine. ill have to upload a new video. all of mine are blurry. how old is your flag tail?

  • I am getting a 125gallon from a friend and it has a crack in the glass. I am thinking buying a piece of Plexiglas and and using silicon to cover the crack. The plexyglass will be much larger than the crack. Do you think it will work?

  • @1992pattrow too risky. it is a lot of water that can cause lots of damage. i would just replace the glass plate or getting a new or undamaged tank.

  • @1992pattrow try it but fill it up out side and leave it for a few weeks to make sure its ok

  • nice tank and music

  • Nice flagtail

  • Beautiful tank. 1:23 minutes in you show a nice structure with plant growth, what exactly is that and how did you get it to do that?

My fancy tailed fish eat every plant in the tank till there is nothing left. How do you keep your plants staying in the ground as well?

Your tank is beautifully established looking.

  • beautiful tank!!!!!!!!!!!!!

your fish are so lucky, they must be well happy in there!

  • thats just frickin amazing

i bet ur fish are really happy

  • WOW!!!! what type of fish is the HUGE one with a redish tail. nice tank

  • thanks. that is a semaprochilodus taenerius.

  • is urs wide or tall

  • wide. 6 feet long.

  • damm i measred 6 feet thats huge

  • It's english name is flagtail.

  • what is the av. nitrate concentration in your tank in ppm?

  • no nitrates, they have always been extremely low.

  • dude, is that a white and blue platy on he left side of the tank? the one that the gourami was chasing? dude thats so cool

  • yup that is a blue hi-fin mickey mouse platy. i got tons of them.

  • Looks good!

What's the large fish at 1:31?

  • thanks. thats a flagtail prochilodus. at the time of the video he was almost 3 years old. i got him when he was 3.5 inches.

  • How do you clean that and how often? NICE TANK!

  • lol for a planted tank you dont need to clean it that often.

  • thanks. when i first set it up i did a 50% water change every week. now that it is cycled i do a 50% water change every two weeks. water quality is key.

  • How did you get the grass to grow on the log etc?

  • that is java moss. get a baunch of it, spread it on the wood, and tie it down with fishing line. it will grow out of control over time.

  • Wish I could give your video higher than 5.

Great tank video + Tool deserves at least a 10.

  • thanks i will post a video update... it looks a lot better now.

  • hey jaysen, this is satanpie from aquariacentral, ive probbaly said it enough times there but great tank youve got! Tool kicks ass!!

  • It looks great and more importantly it looks like a great home for the fish and shrimp.

  • thanks thats what i am going for. ill show a newer video since i have changed the tank a lot.

  • whats the name of the song and wats the bands name?

  • i like it :P, im getting a 125 like in 2 weeks,. i just cant wait to start on it.

  • im using regular day max full spectrum flourescent bulbs. i have 8 t12 bulbs which is 320 watts. no ferts and no co2. these are all low/med light plants and seem to be doing alright.

  • nice vid jaysen. You should post vids of your other tank
