Scream of the Shalka was at one point considered official/canon by the BBC. But then the new serie came in and they scrapped it from canon.

Average. By the way, the Doctor is voiced by Richard E Grant who was Paul McGann's co star in the brilliant film "Withnail and I". A lot of people involved in Doctor Who are otherwise connected.

this was made before the new series was confermed, as the tardis interior is similer to the mcgann movie, this may be the 9th version of the doctor, rather than eccleston`s that would have existed if the timewar never happened. who knows what effects the war had on the timeline? he could have existed then got erased. with the walls of the parralel worlds weakened for rose to return this version could travel to and get stuck in david tennent doctor`s universe in the new series and the two meet
