nice layout, I love the CP stuff. Take your time and do scenery when you are ready. Practice on a test section that you have and not on the layout. Some people go many years and never even ballast track. Looks good my friend!

@Stephenson18 Buy books, do research online. When I first started to ballast, I was so nervous about it, I mean thats the track, the main part of the layout. I found it so easy and now Its my favorite part of scenery

The scenery adding part is always the biggest pain. It's really not hard to do, but choosing the turf, trees and all the other things to resemble the area your trying to model is the confusing part.

what gave u the idea to make a Canadian and American side? thats kool cuz not a lot guys do this with there layout. I live near the border of Windsor and Detroit so my layout has a border. it makes things so much better being able to run both American and Canadian trains in a realistic way.

Well , when we first picked the companies we wanted we figured out 2 were american and 2 were canadian so we were like we lets build an expantion for american and a canadian side....so really thats how and its cool cuz we were pretending to have a vaxis machine tolol... lots of fun

Nice vid. I used to have over 150 pcs of stock, and 27 engines..lol I sold it all and bought a R/C 4 foot Tugboat. The layout was too much for 1 person. At times like this, I kinda regret it, but, thats life.
