  • are we shooting a skateboarding video?

  • And the point of all this consumption? To become bigger? Modern life, go figure.

  • @BigManSmallChair Meh, if the food we didn't eat went to the hungry/starving then there would be a reason not to consume so much.

  • @BigManSmallChair What you just said makes no sense.. Obviously it's ment to become bigger as that's the purpose of BODYBUILDING.. Muscular build not fat.. Not any irony here.

  • So with such a small portion of protein, how exactly do you build the muscle? Everyone I have ever heard of on the 80/10/10 diet is extremely skinny because there is not enough fat in the fruits or protein in fruits.

  • Hes a professional eater, sorry I didn't notice steroids on the tables?

  • bro, try some watermelon for simple carbs its really good!

  • My mate eats a lot of pasta, rice potatoes etc and little protein because he can't afford it.He is built like an ox and has freak strength and he don't even work out.He went to a strong man gym and lifted a stone that one guy had been trying three years to lift.Go figure?

  • @Thensolomonsaid what does he do for a living?

  • @TSFP He is in the building trade so he does do some heavy lifting but he is so naturally strong i think if he trained seriously he could be a strongman contestant maybe not on a world level but really good. God gave him that talent and thats all there is to it i suppose.

  • @Thensolomonsaid Where are you guys from? and what kind of rice, wheat or white?

  • bakwas

  • its the most unhealthiest diet i've ever seen....you put your health at risk for those extra muscles ?

  • Thermalyzed Caesin is one of the leasing causes of Colon Cancer

  • meanwhile in Somalia.....

  • @Bill123etc Go sell your computer, all your valuables and donate it to somalians, if you care so much.

  • FACT: most, if not all, bodybuilders eat more protein than they actually need. don't overdo it

  • @GodImHideous Yup m8, its a sales thing.... Maximuscles doctors recommend only 1.2grams per body Kilo... not like the americans who demand 2g per Pound of body weight! No wonder billions are made from products every year!

  • @mrgrumpybum not forgetting to mention the disease they get from over consumption of animal based protein.

  • @GodImHideous Yeah most dumb bodybuilders. I don't even really count my protein intake during bulking periods. I just try to eat all day long.

  • @MrAssassinful no but that's the thing dude...i mean, think about people who don't have access to that much protein in the first place or who don't know you need protein to build muscle: guys in prison, blue collar guys who work with their hands, bodybuilders in the late 1800's and early 1900's, ancient greeks and romans- they were all really big dudes! none of those guys had access to 200 grams of protein a day. you don't need that much protein to build muscle in the first place

  • @GodImHideous How much does an average person need?

  • @MrToothgrinder an average person? about 40 grams of protein a day, according to studies. an athlete or bodybuilder, about .5 to 2 grams per pound of body weight, but like i said, that's debatable. some people get very little protein and are still huge.

  • @GodImHideous Yeah, that's what I want to know. I do not eat an abundance of protein, but I do get the 40grams a day. I am just worried that as I train heavier I will not get results I want because of low protein. Any info on this would be great as I have not heard of any study that suggests low protein intake. Thanks.

  • @MrToothgrinder basic building block of muscle fibers are amino acids i believe

  • @A3znqaey which is found in protein.

  • @MrToothgrinder i'm no dieticien but i think you should do a body composition analysis and find out your actual muscle mass and metabolic age. 1 gram of protein per 1 lbs of muscle mass should be good usually. everyone is different though. and intake protein through natural food sources instead of shakes cause essential amino acids can't be found in protein shakes.

  • how much did it cost you to buy all that??? i don't think its for my pocket...

  • Disgusting. You don't need whey/ meat / dairy to build muscle. 80.10.10> All

  • @MrMaryJanes Can you explain how a high carb diet helps build muscle? not criticizing, just curious.

  • @MrToothgrinder High carb= High energy

    The body runs on carbs

    Low carb= no energy, depression,etc

If you meet your physiological needs by eating a High carb, high calorie, low fat, low protein, vegan diet(preferable raw) , you can put on tons of muscle. Personally i put on 20 pounds of muscle in a year eating 80.10.10= basically about 4000 calories a day from fruit, 300 cals from greens. Occasionally nuts and seeds

  • Hi there,

I am vegetarian and i am confused about diet. can you help me please?

    kelvin saini

  • Artificial sweeteners are wack. End of story.

  • why so many tablets? want fish oils? eat the damn fish

  • must cost a bomb to feed you

  • Those six eggs are an assload of cholesterol.

  • For breakfast I have 1 Scoop protein, 3 raw egg whites and 50 grms raw oats mixed together in a shaker and just drink it, then I have some fruit, supplements, creatine, wait 30 mins to an hour then hit the gym hard...

  • I have a good chest, small arms and a spare tire.. What am I doing wrong?

  • 6 eggs a day? Thats really bad man. Take out the yolks.

  • @DanJM14 egg whites dumbass

  • why not just add honney? in the oats?

  • @SuperSayanFitness Honey = water with sugar.

  • damn fatass and a smart ass . we will be glad to leave u alone. bye arrogance..

  • how do you go about precooking chicken breast and stuff, it seems like it would take forever cooking it one at a time for your meals.

  • @streetpunk99 you do it the night before. Whack it in a GF grill and it takes minutes.

  • your fucking camera

  • get a new lense please

  • While the excess animal foods is just ridiculous, especially the 6 entire eggs for breakfast, I do applaud you for not being afraid to eat carbs, the human bodies fuel. Many bodybuilders and "health experts" are so carb phobic it makes me sick. Good to see you eating bananas, brown rice, oatmeal and bananas! Get them carbs into ya!

  • @ConcreteRiver When cutting down on fat, the no carb solution proves to be effective. There hasn't been enough research to say that it is harmful to deplete carbs as long as you eat extra fat content in your diet which actually becomes your fuel. Wikipedia provides a wealth of good information on this subject, just search "no carb diet wiki."

  • @LetTheMelodyFlow LOL, I don't know where you get your scientific research done but there is a LARGE body of evidence proving that low/no carb diets are only effective short term and are extremely dangerous. The weight people lose initially is water weight and Ketosis is the body enacting a dire process intended for survival should no food be available. Carbs our our bodies preferred fuel source, NOT FAT. Conditioning in the last 20 years have made people believe this lie.

  • @ConcreteRiver Why do I bother talking to trolls like you? If you went to the wiki page I gave you, it mentions ketosis which isnt necessarily a bad thing. Give me evidence that it's extremely dangerous... cuz I can't find any. Carbs do give you more fuel for cardio but the goal I mentioned no carb diet is good for is cutting fat off.

  • hey im trying to dieat but i work a graveyard shift job. all i really have time to do is work out and sleep does anyone have any tips??

  • @omgtj007 pack ahead on weekends. Cook and store. Canned tuna, beans, sardines when on the run. Protien shakes. Also George Forman grill. It takes like 5 minutes to cook meat. Also slow cooker for chicken and stews. Throw in the ingredients before bed or work and bam fully cooked meal in 8 hours.

  • @PYSCOPOMP thanks for the info and the food but i was interested in the times. i find that when i get off i go to sleep around 8 in the morning. when i wake up its a protein shake and im in the gym. then i have to try to eat and go to sleep befor i go to work. i trying to do the 6 meals but i need sleep have any advice?

  • @omgtj007 Well you have 3 breaks at work correct. Pack shakes and canned fish for them. Breakfast and after work makes 5. You can always squeeze in one more or eat 5 bigger ones. 6 is only a number. Plus you sleeping twice a day ? Goto gym after or before work. Sleep only once a day for 8 hours. Cook on weekends and pre pack food. Save canned food for later in the week when you run out of cooked stuff.

  • @omgtj007 Also don't be taking pro advice as gosple. You are a beginner or novice then that shit don't apply. Beginners have three main rules. Stick to a routine ( in other words go to gym regularly). Drink lots of water and eat your weight in protein in grams. You can always fine tune things when you get some serious time in.

  • isn't creatine "bad" in some way... since it fills your muscles and skin with "water" ? and then you stop taking it and you lose the mass you gained, not all, but some.. what's your view on it? @barthelfitness ?

  • is this what you eat when your going to cut body fat?

  • @2jzs13 if you're trying to get ripped then no. If you're obese and trying to lose weight this will work. The no carb diet proves most effective when getting ripped.

  • @LetTheMelodyFlow i weigh 168lbs and and ive been training for 1year and 3months and ive never cut fat. and im trying to cut down at least to 165lbs to look more defined ...so i guess i need to lower the carbs...

  • @2jzs13 there's plenty of advice to cut off the fat that will help you with the no carb diet and i will happily direct you to a website page that has professional advice. I'm going to send you a message with the link since youtube doesnt allow this in the comments.

  • Here's some advice for your breakfast. Blend eggs with oatmeal and add a scoop of your whey proteine (vanilla flavour) and make pancakes of it :D

  • @holyaa1 nice! ty for the great idea

  • @holyaa1 blend raw eggs (removed yolks?) with oatmeal and whey?

  • @FrikZz0r yes.

After blending, you bake pancakes out of it and when they're done you spray them with some cinnamon and some slices of banana. Good shit :)

  • @holyaa1 fuck. that sounds delicious. will try it out onec I get my hands on some whey. thanks brah

  • Do you eat 6 eggs every day?

  • Aspertame from blue artificial sweetener packets causes brain damage

  • Isn't it easier to eat 3-4 meals a day instead of all those meals? I mean it's not like it's gonna affect your hunger..

  • @Xaikar if you eat 3-4 meals you will hold more body fat than if you eat 5-6 smaller meals

  • @joomlaserviceprovide That's an old myth.

  • @Xaikar if you eat only only 3 meals you lose more muscle mass while dieting..

  • @xr467ky I'd like to see some science behind that statement.

  • @Xaikar just google about it.. you will find lot off science about it

  • @xr467ky Well I have found this: "Top Ten Fasting Myths Debunked" (google it) by leangains, doesn't that cut it?

  • 0:41 "work oat" lol

  • Great cooking! Barthell inspired me to start a fitness channel and I also posted some nutritional

tips and cooking guides + training videos. Might be helpful to some people!

  • High level bodybuilding = steriods. No fucking other way you get the same results

  • eat that shit cold man, dont eat that sandwich in 2009!

  • 6 eggs for breakfast? is that safe?

  • dude, why are you using a wide lens camera? just sayin. just sayin. good diet though

  • What about yogurt

  • Thanks for video it helps me a lot with my progress, did you hear about Fat15Cure?My friend gets ripped hardcore but he don't want to tell me what it is.

  • @moka6002 its steroids

  • how much rice are you eating in grams approx in the chicken meals? will help me alot :)

  • wow that was some boring meals

  • disgusting!

  • @GOLDSILVERDUDE disgusting? WTF are you talking about. thats better than all the shit you probably stuff you fat ass with

  • 6 eggs jesus christ!

  • FOOD!

  • How much does all this cost?

  • Do u always prepare whole day's worth of meals in advance like this?

  • @hiloboyz8085 are you a women or something?

  • Lol, I use all of the same brand supplements as you do, expect for the amino 2222, pre-workout, and creatine. I did used GNC creatine before, but now I'm trying the Weider brand.

  • whys he eating all this crap hehe waste of moneythis is just going to get you fat just have 2 meals a day and work out like a man man.

  • @kingdaleclarke lol u dnt know shit

  • a good bodybuilder will spend upwards of a $100-$150 a week just on meals alone.. that's not including the supplements

  • how does strawberry gold standerd casein taste? i got banana cream it's pretty average aha,

  • good ole JR!!!

  • constant supply of... NUTRIENTS....

  • JUST EAT REAL FOOD!!!!! so simple. you dont need supplements because they are rubbish. they might say each serve has for example 25 grams of protein how much of this does your body actually abosrb? we just shit it all out and its good at upsetting a healthy intestinal balance... everybody should use the vastness of the internet for education on this matter. YOUR BODY NEEDS FAT, PROTEIN, AND CARBS!! learn to eat the correct food ratios and frequencies!

  • @perfectdiversion He explains why supplements are used: it's hard fucking work eating 4000+ a day. You may be 175, but for those of use who are 220 and bulking, eating 4000+ calories a day is simply too hard. Protein powders, Creatine, Amino's, and vitamins have very, very important parts in bodybuilding nutrition.

  • Very good, but I dont take any supplements the reason is that beef already has the nutrients you need to build muscle, the bad thing is that it has fat and colesterol, I would take supplements if I could afford them

  • That's ridiculous.

  • supplements waste of money i cant believe how some dumb ass people are fell for it

  • @leon6266 U sir are a moron! Clearly u dont understand the benefits of supplements. Some people dont get the amount of protein their body needs. The point of whey is mainly a filler for any missed protein throughout the day. Not to mention they are very fast acting proteins which repair muscle tears very fast. You wouldnt understand, being that you are a fat slob needledick. He also takes isolate protein which is better. Do some research before you open your fat ignorant mouth. Dumbass

  • this is a highly debated topic... do we need supps? well WPI is inflamatory for starters. manufacturing process's of WPI actually burns and damages the protein. when for example a 25 gram serve of protein goes into the body. how much of this is actual intact protein? not much. WPI upsets the intestinal balance hugely. GOOD HEALTH STARTS IN THE GUT! which is what we need for proper abosrbtion of nutrients. we all just make most of our supps shit. they care about our money not our health

  • @bdrizzle1989 i agree with you but whey is a food and not a supplement so dont listen to these fools who think it is

  • @dnj86

You're either taking too much, or its cheap chinese crap from walmart.

  • Not a fan of the processed protein and amino acids. It gives me rancid gas and my body feels acidic. There were studies done that some brands have heavy metal toxins in them too. Regular sources like fish, steak, and chicken doesn't give me these problems.

  • HEY WTF WHERE IS COTTAGE CHEESE WHICH CONTAINS 9.8 GR OF PROTEIN IN 100 GR ?!

  • MILK + EGGS ON BREAKFAST ? ARE YOU DUMB ? CARBOHYDRATES IN THE MORNING, LUNCH, ON DINNER YOU HAVE TO EAT FOOD THAT CONTAINS PROTEIN, ALSO AFTER TRAINING YOU NEED CARBO + PROTEIN, WHEN YOU GO TO BED USE CASEIN TO SUPPORT YOUR BODY WHOLE NIGHT WITH PROTEIN. IN THE MORNING EAT PORRIDGE, BREAD FOR EXAMPLE IN THE AFTERNOON EAT LOTS OF MEAT, ALSO BEFORE TRAINING I RECOMMEND TO EAT RICE OR POTATOES TO SUPPORT YOUR BODY WITH ENERGY=CARBOHYDRATES. VIDEO IS TOTTAL CRAP, DONT LISTEN TO HIM !

  • @crusher666games wow relax, he's just showing what his diet is, no where did i hear him say that everyone should be eating this, i eat very similar to this diet and it works for me

  • This is too much. Just make it simple and eat what you have. Keep yourself well fed, take the whey protein after workout, and you'll be fine. No need for complication.

  • @LostFaceify freaking numbnuts, they tell old women and fat people to "take" protein after workouts because they usually dont focus on getting any during the day. If you knew anything you would know you need to get protein every 2_3 hours process it the most efficiently

  • @TheRidersChoice dude you mad? I aint no old women and I dont give a shit what you read in your magazines.

  • @LostFaceify i dont get "magazines"

  • Looks alot like my diet, currently bulking.

    Good job Brah.

  • @sniff28 what nutrition do mushrooms have?

  • @sniff28 Thanks dude that helped

  • @sniff28 forgot to mention peanut butter, good source of protein, good omega 3..

  • your very fat.

  • when i move out im going to start this diet

  • Terrible diet. You're going to end up with heart disease and cancer eating all that shit. Fresh fruit and vegetables, maybe some fish or chicken if you fancy that. I don't eat any meat, no dairy and no processed foods and i weigh 75kg about 7% body fat

  • @SIHTTLAEKR your probably some fucking skinny lanky hippy bro

  • @trademarkpking Typical meathead

  • @GrandMasterKolbasa read his name again. its "SHIT TALKER" only jumbled. he probably goes on videos and finds something to say in the hopes of getting a rise out of people. trollin 101.

  • @GrandMasterKolbasa Yoga is hard.

  • @Cocaine8711 lol, tell a marine corps DI that and he'll PT you until you die (i just started the OCS process so thats why im thinking this way)

  • @SIHTTLAEKR Wanna include my cum in your diet you skinny fuk ?

  • @SIHTTLAEKR ya and youll never be able to bench over 100 pounds you sissy little girly man. Now why dont you go tell some 70 old women your diet plan, its much better suited for them

  • @SIHTTLAEKR That's great dude! ............ but no one gives a fuck. (this was said by a vegan)

  • @SIHTTLAEKR Lol where do you get your protein from faggot? This is a typical bodybuilders diet, you dont know shit. Which of those foods will give him heart disease or cancer?

  • @MuttDogMendoza protein in a plant based diet can be found in beans, nuts, and seeds. there are also vegetarian protein suppliments like hemp protein, soy protein, and rice protein.

  • @insomniaczack Yeah but the amount of nuts and beans you would have to eat for 50g of protein, would put at least 150g of fat (nuts) and 150g carbs (beans). They cant be the staple foods of a bodybuilding diet. Fuck soy protein. Fuck anything soy

  • @MuttDogMendoza ok man do me a favor, research and EDUCATE yourself about vegan/vegetarian bodybuilding diets. what you said with the high [healthy] fats and high carbs ARE what we WANT for our energy; it might not necessarily be as high as what you stated, but it is what we are looking for. as for soy, it's typical for a non vegetarian to hate on it, but soy is really good for your heart. any diet that includes 25grams of soy protein in it reduces the risk of heart disease.

  • @insomniaczack why would I educate myself on vegetarian bodybuilding diets when it doesn't interest me at all....I eat meat like people are meant to, so IDGAF about any of ur soy shit. I eat nuts n all that, but only in moderation. If I got all my protein from nuts instead of tuna, chicken etc. i'd be a fat cunt

  • @MuttDogMendoza you educate yourself to know the facts, even if you're not interested; at least you'll know about it. anyways, instead of having this escalade into this mess that has been created, you could've just happily accepted the fact that i answered a question for you: "where do you get your protein from faggot?" but i guess you like getting into debates and discussions like this. i'll leave you with this though, you should go into law if you're not in it already.

  • @insomniaczack I know the facts relevant to my fitness modelling career. The question wasn't directed at you, but at the person who said this was a 'Terrible diet'.

  • @MuttDogMendoza I know the question wasn't geared towards me, but i was feeling nice enough to answer the question which is what i did. so there you go, end of discussion.

  • can you make one for people eating on a budget?

  • @alexandersemen umm tuna and lettuce. Every meal with some rice thrown in there

  • Thank you for the video

  • Wish I could afford that. Great looking diet.

Muesli, tuna, eggs, milk and regular old whey for me. Some flax and fish oil too but thats about it.

  • too much crap bro you dont really need to eat all this bullshit to gain muscle and stay lean ...

  • Now do not get me incorrect but I've been searching on Google for some healthy & effective weight-reduction plan program plan and I found this unknown surplus weight loss plan program referred to as DietOramy - I'm adhering to the plan specified and I'm experiencing a number of excellent success, and I am still eating same as before, without starvation, just slightly different food...

  • LOL at those who bring up roids, those are the one with the worst physique . srysly u don have to bring roid up if u don noe shit about it , at least do some research on it

  • "... So leave me alone" HAHAHA!

  • thats right, imma eat this at school.

  • Just beginning weightlifting / body building myself but 4000 calories in a day? Wow, seems like a lot... I feel like I'd become obese before getting muscles, lol.

  • @OrangeHealthReviews

i probably eat more cuz i am a fat hungry fuck, but for some reason i am not getting fatter cuz i have been lifting weights, but weight training and eating food go hand in hand, makes me a very happy fat boy.

  • i cant afford that shieeeeeeeeeeeeet

  • 1:30 roids

  • @machinims you motherfuckers stink
