as a FF fanatic, I wanna get this game, but I've heard so many bad things about game play....what is your opinion of this game?

@shioriryukaze I thought it was okay, nowhere near as good as X but that's just my opinion. It's a fun game to play though so you might as well try it out, you can probably buy it pretty cheap these days.

@shioriryukaze It may be none of my business, but having beaten this game, I thought it was fairly okay. Worth a play once or twice. It doesn't really possess the emotional impact of X and it's more like "appease the fanbase", I think, but like I said, worth a playthrough once or twice if not just to see what it's like. It's really different than X in almost every way except for the maps.

As an FF fanatic (only ones i don't have is 3, this one and 12) I guess it would be more for completing a series...then again this could end up in a funny place :)
