i wish someone can help me , iam looking for headphone that i can hear my self while talking on mic, without any delay so i can know if my sound is clear without shouting or so ever.
i have the Steelseries 7H USB, and i fucking hate them. the mic makes so much static, they feel like they're made out of cheap plastic, and sometimes the sound cuts out because it's meant to be "collapsible" so it can come apart.. :S

@Ghost0744 Hey, if your looking for a good headset in 2011, I would suggest checking out reviews and tests for the Logitech G35 (7.1 surround sound), and the Corsair HS1 (also 7.1 by software). They both have microphones, are USB-headsets, and costs around 100$.
Note: Corsair also have the Corsair HS1A, where A stands for analogue (3.5 jacks). Its cheaper but doesn't include a USB-soundcard, and doesn't have surround sound, unless you have a good a soundcard with software for surround sound.

@DisturbedTaco276 Astro's are not expensive! Your paying a good price for probably the only headset thats 100% designed for gaming and fps in particular. AX Pro's are a good solid headset but i found the bass was way too heavy and i struggled to place footsteps in MW2 and Black Ops. It kinda defeated the reason y i got them, The Bass on the Astro's has been set back a little so you can hear the more important mid range and higher sounds. Look at the £200 you spend as an investment!
@zipper978 Course there is matey, i'm not disputing that however the astro's to my knowledge are the only one's where they have held back on the bass a little so you can more easily locate those all important footsteps in fps games. I said in my comment that the Tritton Ax Pro's are a good headset, I loved mine and my son now uses them in his bedroom. I have owned a ton of gaming headsets and they always break, feel like they were made for a kids head, make your head hot ect ect... if you are a grown man with a man sized head and ears get a Sennheiser PC360 or the older 350.
If you have a smallish head you got a million more comfy options...i hate you small headed folks :D

@cock1122334455 i only had them for maybe 2 months before the Mic got loose. the mic is on a hinge and is easy to raise and lower, but after some time it gets very loose and starts to drop with any head movement. i dont recommend the px21s. tritons are better. even astros. and some models of the turtle beaches are good also.

This video is way out of date. Tritton Ax Pro is the best nowadays. People are gonna ask about the Astro A40's and those are good too, but I cant tell a difference in the sound qualities between these two, however the A40's are much more expensive.

I have owned a ton of gaming headsets and they always break, feel like they were made for a kids head, make your head hot ect ect... if you are a grown man with a man sized head and ears get a Sennheiser PC360 or the older 350.
If you have a smallish head you got a million more comfy options...i hate you small headed folks :D

@cock1122334455 i only had them for maybe 2 months before the Mic got loose. the mic is on a hinge and is easy to raise and lower, but after some time it gets very loose and starts to drop with any head movement. i dont recommend the px21s. tritons are better. even astros. and some models of the turtle beaches are good also.

@cock1122334455 i thought it was a peice of shit...the sound is so thin and the sub is kinda iffy...the mic broke on my friend on day one (internal error, wire fell off sauder luckily was able to fix it)...i would stay away from them...unless cost is an issue, even at that point i wouldn't get them

This video is way out of date. Tritton Ax Pro is the best nowadays. People are gonna ask about the Astro A40's and those are good too, but I cant tell a difference in the sound qualities between these two, however the A40's are much more expensive.
