No, sushi is when there is rice with sushi vinegar. Raw fish is not required. Raw fish is sashimi. It's a common misconception.

@lighterboygamer actually SASHIMI is raw fish- sushi is rice with SUSHI VINEGAR mixed in. You can get cucumber sushi and tuff like that :))
