  • Why didn't u get some industrial strenght velcro and stick the SSD's to the inside of the case in view?

  • whodey

  • this is amazing !!!

  • Lovely rig build :) 10/10

  • hey tom are you using barbs or compression fittings? it's kind of hard to see on the cellphone. thanks

  • Looks great!!!! I like the choice with the side panel cutout going with the Bengal design was a good choice.

  • I know it would cost more money but you probably should have the cpu and gpu on different water loops. The way you have it now the warm/hot coolant from the cpu goes right into the graphics card and doesn't cool it very well

  • This is gona be the most orgasmic christmas video ever!

  • Looks fantastic :o keep up the good work.

  • which build and i know your shot on time as always but when its done it WILL be old tech in there lol

  • Wow COOL

  • I really like this build a lot Tom. I too am working on an orange themed build but with the NZXT Phantom. Bout the only thing I can find to comment on is that I don't much care for the fans. They don't seem to put much of any orange color at all.

  • Looking good... but, the bengals, really?

  • love it

  • Hey dude I was just wondering if there's any reservoir & pump combos that you'd recommend? Plus the build looks sweet awesome job on the colouring of the coolant.

  • @Hwjk1234

a good Pump +res combo is the xspc dual 5.25 res

    hope this helped

  • @guthic56 if you mean the one with the pump inside, its junk, i have had one fail within 2 months of use, there is a guy on here called keiki646 who has had one catch fire, there is another vendor on youtube called dazmode who states they proberly wont stock them anymore due to the high failure rate. there are many threads and videos of dead xpsc waterpumps, its a shame you cant open it to replace the pump as the rest of it works fine.

  • @guthic56 i will note xspc also do not reply to tech support emails.

  • @Hwjk1234 get a bay res that takes a D5 pump and your set, Do Not get one of the XSPC res with the pump sealed inside, they are timebombs. dangerden, ek, lots of companys make good delrin bay res thats where my money would go.

  • @Jolinator Thanks dude appreciate the advice.

  • Is that mayhems dye or pastel? The pastel looks just awesome on his site.

Also loving the Bitfenix fans ;)

  • Dude. No hating, but i want you to have a look at the rigs at million-dollar-pc and make this better for Brian. There are a LOT of areas that you can tweak to make the rig better...

  • PC artist! You should come tidy the wiring up inside my PC sometime, it's a big ol' mess in there. :)

  • muahahahahahaa >:)

  • Comment removed

  • I actually really like that. It really comes together when you put the side pannel on. Good job :)

  • Love it mate, well done, its awesome.

  • Tom did you saw the new enermax cases? they are pretty unique , hope is what you got on the mail today :D

  • Tom, Do you think the Antec P280 would be better for a silent build than the design R3

  • @IamWalnuts I believe they are pretty close, but the P280 is a bigger case and also has 9 expansion slots.

I have ordered a Antec P280 a while ago, just got an update on the order and should get it 23th of December.

  • BUILD ME ONE!

  • @hax0rstasiek You got money?

  • Don't really like it that the 24Pin Cable is all twisted around. Please change it.

  • Great job, Tom. Looks good!

  • I think it looks awesome, but I am surprised that there is no optical drive, or am I just missing it?

  • @mihapiha1 Who needs an Optical Drive these days? I don't have one either. I bought an External Samsung USB DVD Writer a while back for my CD/DVD needs if i "ever" need it.

Optical Drives = Extra Cables for a Device you barely use these days for a Gaming Rig.

  • @NLRoadKill yes but its still good to have one when something need a disk also i like to buy hard coppies of my games so yea

  • @twomadcrafters As i said, i'm using an External USB DVD Writer from Samsung when ever needed. There is totaly no need for an internal optical drive anymore. Plenty of External solutions.

  • @NLRoadKill Yes but an internal device means you don't have to getting it out every time you need ints just there saves stuffing around and if you have heaps of stuff on your desk you don't need to clean up :) also you have the risk of loosing it just saying.

  • why does this build take so long?

  • @paultaute because I have to do it around my work and personal life. Basically in any spare time I get.

  • @TimeToLiveCustoms I understand. Looks real good. I'm sure he's gona enjoy playing with that. When I first saw the orange I really did not think it would work but it turned out to look exhalent. Great job!!

  • looks very nice. the guy you are building will be happy

  • love the orange! esp the coolant in the res

  • i dream of a pc that looks anything like that he is very very lucky :D

  • i know its a performance hit but a freind of mine does in such a way with the cam itsself directly taking the video and virtually no performance loss google recording from cameras to pc or somthin like that thats how he found it ill ask him and let you know..

  • It looks really nice Tom. Thanks for uploading it when you could have just ignored showing us this project of yours.

  • Bryan you lucky bastard!

  • i wish u kept the sleeved cables even and not twisted :< they look so much better when theyre all parallel!!

  • @sainter7 I agree!! But .. before I started doing my own custom length wires and sleeving I tried all sorts of extensions and these bitfenix were by far the worst in terms of being able to shape them, they just refuse to do what you want. That and the fold from the packaging never comes out properly :P

So he probably twisted them to stop all the individual wires from flying everywhere I'm guessing

  • Nice job Tom. :) As i've said before i loooooove an Orange/Black combo. :p

  • FYI, his name is spelled Bryan.

  • i really wish when you did gameplay videos you could directly record, the way you are doing it with your video cam now is way bad i sound bad and cant really see anything .just a tip sry .and btw i friggin love the bengals build i live in cincy and i would love to have that thing its sweeet

  • @jasont5180 Recording is a major performance hit.

  • the logo cut out is easily my favorite custom part!

  • Looks great love the colors!

  • that is the tightest rig i have ever seen

  • Beautiful! Love it !! You need to do more builds like this for contests or even selling them :)

  • Question about modular PSU and Bitfenix PSU extention cables.

If you do not require the extra length using the OCZ ZT750 (funnily enough I am looking at buying) can the Bitfenix cables be used to replace the modualr cables on this PSU or have OCZ user different connectors/Pin outs

  • @JamboyStu Tis a Gift :)

  • That's gorgeous mate! Brian is going to be quite pleased, as anyone would be with such a stunning rig!

  • I loved the colour scheme and all the details, great job Tom!

But i have to say this, for me it looks a bit messy. I don't know, it feels something's wrong. There's too much movement with cables going in all possible directions, there's no pattern, the colours are not balanced. I don't know where to look.

  • Tom, I was wondering which would be better in cooling performance. A 420 rad or a 480 rad?

  • @dzman1024 480 as long as the cfm is close to that of the 140mm fan which it usually is

  • Awesome Man! Send me one while your making them!

  • 1st thing the psu is upside down, 2nd there's no optical drive Hahaha jks. It looks awesome Tom and Brian

  • the board looks so wierd, makes the case look about 3 times bigger than it should be, the ssd's would look mint mounted in that extra space you have on the motherboard tray

  • simply awesome !

  • 3:32

  • The only part of the rig that I don't feel "meshes" properly are the drive bays - I feel the build overall would have looked better were they black - this would highlight the space around the "Von Blade" logo below, and highlight the orange of the coolant reservoir.

  • badass but why orange? lol

  • @qbthething whats the title of the video? the main word im try to get u to read starts with the B and it ends with the L.. now google that word n u c Y is an ORANGE COLOR...............Clearly it has nothing to do with the COLOR of THE CAT.

    I am Right Or What?

  • Nice job.....

  • Awesome rig. I'm no Football fan but the overall Bengals theme looks very nice. Love the custom Badges. Are they from Redcarton? Been thinking about oredering some but not sure about the design yet.

  • @Elkyblack sure are mate :)

  • TTL, you need to invest in a powerful light.

  • 2 questions. 1. how do you sleeve the cables like that and 2. i recently purchased the obsidian 800d case and i dont like the funny shape acrylic. whats the best way to just cut out a big rectangle in the side pannel and would i just glue a sheet of acrylic to the inside of the case.

    kind regards

  • Could you explain what exactly you mean by "water cutting"?

  • not wana hurt u tom ALTHOW the rig looks epic ...

that resvoir i tink its just to simple ...

  • Can always have more ho's :D

  • SEXY

  • sorry to bug you tom, but What radiator do you recomend for the antec df-85. I'm planning on doing a internel loop and i want to cool an i7 860 and a 6970. Also what pump are you using on this build?

  • Very nice build , love the color scheme .

  • That thing looks the tits! Well done TTL, VB is one lucky SOB!

  • Impressed with your skills and craft - not my cup of tea but excellent showpiece. Might show you my HTPC build using a reserator. Gaming or rather simulator joy of mine from my armchair. Its almost complete I7 / Sabertooth X58 (Asus) GTX Gigabyte 470 / Black Silverstone 17B HTPC case. My first water cooled pc. Initial temps look good and taming the outrageous Asus North Bridge temps !! Welldone Tiny !!

  • holy shit that thing is GORGEOUS!!!! Now I want one! :P

  • 6:39 Brian wanted a bit more hoes ;)

  • @LordVoldermort876 brian wanted more hoes and lup...=)

  • So far, so beautiful!

  • The way i got over the wiring in my case was to buy the silverstone strider fully modular psu and rewired all the cables looks a treat :)

  • Who the hell is Brian?

  • @GuardejnSyreregn A boy who grew, grew, and grew...Grew up to be, he grew up to be. A man called Brian.

  • if you put an gigabyte x79a ud7 it looks awesome with this case.

  • @GAMINGHARDWARE1 Definitely. But the copper accents on the motherboard compliment the copper on the gpu waterblock and cpu block. Also, I don't know if that case takes an XL ATX. You are talking about the GA-X79-UD7, right?

  • more lights in the case cold cathodes or LED strips

  • I hope this Rig finishes up better than the Bengals season! #HA!

  • Please capture Brian's appreciation or disappointment on video

  • absolutly fantastic job Tom! I am not a big fan of orange but you have really made this work it has grown on me since you first started on this rig great job

  • Your really taking your time on this rig aren't you?

  • What case did this start out as?

  • The rig "over there" is Mr Strawberry's punishment system. When he doesn't do as he's told he has to go to the corner with an Apple Mac.

  • How much did Brian pay for this rig?

  • @JamboyStu it was kinda a gift watch the rest of the video updates all will be explained!!

  • @JamboyStu If you go back far enough you'll see Tom's been saving review stuff specially for this.

  • @JamboyStu 0000000000000000000000000

  • @JamboyStu Paid with friendship I guess?

  • @JamboyStu nothing mate. £0

  • What is the rig "over there"??? Tom are you hiding something awesome from us.

  • beast

  • @crazypierce the window is not a square it is the shape of a Bengal tiger head !! Get a better. Monitor lol !!

  • @PhatboyHD88 He's not saying it is square. He thinks it would look better if it were square/rectangular.

  • Awesome Rig Tom !! Good job mate !!!

  • vid is way too dark

  • looks really good, though i'm not a fan of the side panel. i think it would show of the rig a lot more if it was just a big square/rectangular window. not saying the logo cutout is bad, just not my personal preference. great rig overall man! how many total hours has it taken? feels like it's been going on forever now

  • @Georg1979 If the front panel was left mostly black with a few orange embellishments it would have highlighted the res more. It's being overpowered.

  • Ding?

  • Nice, like the lighting cant wait to see the final shoot.

  • @stonecoldtrk I didn't know that mate. In that case it'll probably work. At the moment, if you were only to view it from the front it looks like it was designed with an orange-fixated 12 year old in mind.

  • 1) i like the longer looping cables

    2) its a 30cm light strip, not 30mm

    3) the bengal tiger needed to be centered over the cpu, youve missed the board a bit...

  • Am I alone in thinking that the orange on the front panel is too much? A couple of subtle strips/slashes of orange would have worked better. Apart from that I love everything else about this rig. The attention to detail is amazing.

  • @mattpalmerphoto i would agree but he said the big VB was going to go on the front too so maybe thats gon take some of thatorange away, he said black background with oranve VB

  • @mattpalmerphoto No, I don't like the front bright orange as well. But everything else is just superb. Very nice job.

  • Looks fucking amazing!

  • Honestly not impressed. Poor choice in cases also, you should have used a 650D and that would have solved a ton of your problems.

  • @IROHINE good luck getting the rad in....

  • looks very very nice

  • Just a side note...We finally get some meat to go with our potatos instead of the 560 448 cores kibble and bits Lol

  • Excellent job as always Tom...I have to admit that I'm a Dallas Clownboys fan so seeing this right now is kind of pouring salt in the wound just kidding. Keep up the good work.

  • @iamnooneeither I assume you may have or may not have seen TJ Harlows Dallas Cowboys rig he did for someone?

  • Put my £800 rig to shame =(

  • epic!

  • very very nice........... yummyyy i love it.

  • soo awesomee

  • Texans beats the Bengals tho...

  • I detest orange other than that it looks good :P

  • Turned out pretty well in the end up :)

  • So need to get one of these in steelers style

  • It's a work of art. *claps*

  • nice:)

  • I think you should upload 9 videos about this rig! ...rather than the GTX560 448 lol :-P

  • Comment removed
