I tried to find FBI stats & failed. From wikipedia it seems that there is a gross misrepresentation of "black crime".There seems to be a higher # of blacks in jail,this is due only to their skin colour.Non-whites are more likely to be convicted,but not more likely to commit the crime.Race plays a part in how people are treated.I think the crime rate is probably the same across all races.Love and peace to all.

Racial slurs are wrong,words hurt.Enough with the religion crap already. If you quote from the bible remember LEVITICUS,hate,slavery,murder,canabolism.When your religion says that others are inferior,to be hated or even killed then your religion is wrong. The only way is love. I'm an atheist,NO protection laws in Canada,because I don't recognize a supreme being.Women are the most persecuted group EVER! Stop hate now! LOVE IS THE ONLY TRUTH! Your not too sensitive because even the way he said it was awfully mean no matter who he was talking about. The main problem I had was not the word it was the intent. But, make no mistake you should never feel alone. God Bless!

There is nothing to forgive. It wasn't an error or mistake. Dog is a racist. He is only making matters worse with the things he is saying in order to try to get his show back.
For example, he says he uses the term with black friends (as a term of endearment) because he though he was cool enough but then says he used it with his son to make him angry. Remember, he got caught using it in a negative way and not as a term of endearment, for which he might be forgiven.

Because if he can demonstrate a different attitude it will be beneficial to people who watch the show. It would be good if they can incorporate some of his counseling within the show.

Actually he did but it seems to me it was part of a deepseated racism that he will need to work to remove permanently. Everyone should work on themselves so this type of thing doesn't happen. God willing he will be able to overcome that demon.

I agree. Dog is Dog and he should be forgiven. His racism was bad and his desire to control who his son loves was worse IMO, but Dog does good for this world and the world owes him one or two chances.

You seem like a nice guy with a good heart. The problem with Dog is that he didn't make a simple "mistake". Having racist views is more than a mistake. It's not as if he slipped somehow and was caught using the n word once. It's obvious the guy used the word a lot. It's even more disgusting that he used it to refer to a girl he never even met. Now he's trying to cover his butt and say whatever he can to save his show, career and reputation. I just don't buy his excuses.
