I actually got this achievement unintentionally. I killed him and took a picture just for the sheer irony, and lo and behold, the game rewards me for it.

Feels good man.

why save before killing him?

It's pretty bad when you decide to kill him later, it takes a bit, going back to that point to get the achievement, and thinking it's a simple 1 hit kill and you get it.

Yeah, I wasn't exactly thinking on that one.
