Mmodawgg, I know what you mean about Summit and Washington. That corners always been hot. I got down so many times right there.

Born and raised in Dena, this area has always been a problem. Police have never been able to curb the violence. People moving out of the area is the only way to move this type of violence. Cant stop it! The mind set of today's young men is completely destructive. They do not awake from the alcohol/drug in duced haze they have been in... until they get older is when say: "enough". Looking back after the damage is done seems to be the norm. Latino and Black men need to wake the hell up!!!

New folks dont know. Growing up in Pasadena... You need to be aware/ beware of Washington & Summit. Summit from Orange Grove (Snake Pits) up to Washington has always been bad. Then you have Kings Manor just a couple of blocks away. La Pintoresca Park... Blood Park. Better check out the neighborhood you moving into before buying.
