hey! i figured out how u can do the fast thing with all frames at once! u gotta get all ur pics ther then u go up at the top it says tools, click on that and find 'options' in tools and then u click at the top of the little window 'advanced' and it will say some wer picture duration:5 seconds, keep clicking down until you get half a second.

hey well when u clicked to save ur movie maker with the pivot on it, did you click on save to my computer on the left of the movie maker window? do that and save it to ur desk tom, make sure it saves as a .wmv

yes you do want to save it as a gif but then you need to import it in to something that can convert it into a .gif file like movie maker also if you have a program that is made for stop motion or anything that you can import frames into and sett a frame rate for all of them just save it as a .bmp and then import it to your stopmotion program and you can adjust the frame rate as you pleas unlike .gif's not a very good tutorial overall but I guess you cover the first part

After you save them as a Gif. you can upload them to youtube but they got no sound or Music. So after you save them as a Gif. you should go to windows movie maker import the gif. you want then add music and/or sounds. Then dont save it as a normal file save it as a movie. Then you can upload to youtube with sound/ music.

Unfortunetly, gif movies are NOT compadible with YouTube. The formats for videos available with YouTube are under the help section. If you do this, the video will upload, process, then fail the processing step.

You can't upload an animated GIF onto youtube; it must be a movie file. I would suggest doing the following:

1. Open Pivot.

2. Open an animation.

3. Save the animation as a GIF.

4. Use Windows Movie Maker or some other GIF to movie file converter.

5. Once you're done with the movie preferences, save the movie and upload it to youtube. It's that easy.

Ugh. That's not how you upload it. That tutorial just sucks man.

You have to, first of all, import a picture file (the animated gif) into movie maker. (the gif settings should be : frame delay 6/100, shrink frames 1/9)

Now that you have the animated gif (pretty much a moving picture file), imported it into movie maker, 'saved to my computer', you post the video into youtube.
