  • This cartoon was trippy as hell!

  • The Brady Kids Totally Copied The Performing Moves Of The Archies Cartoon.

  • @good03boy That's because new animation was expensive to produce then (and even more so today) and Filmation used stock animation as well as rotoscoping as a cost cutting measure which is why the performing moves you see are the same.

  • @good03boy U noticed that, too!

  • Jane webb famous she did betty and she-ra too.... well end credits were okay if left off the Bird name merlin n Pandas n Moptop who is Hot dog in different color... been best plan...Also for u folks Larry storch was on of the soldiers on F-troop!

  • I miss the shows of this time.

  • wait that's it??? They end with what can only be described as the worst musical number ever put on film???

AM I MISSING SOMETHING HERE???? Isn't Wonder Woman suppose to be in this???

  • @snakes3425 the musical number was pretty classy. maybe your just used to the girls showing some sexuallity. its great to go on youtube and see shows that was kid safe and simple

  • @regvision They don't air a number of cartoons on YOU TUBE that they used to do. Cartoons like DASTARDLY & MUTTLEY, MAGILLA GORLLA, BREEZLY & SNEEZLY, & MUSH MOUSE & PUNKIN PUSS.

  • My God, that was awful. Somehow I missed this cartoon entirely. It went off the air when I was four, so maybe that's why. That bird must've done some terrible magic to get that show more than one season, though. What a menace!

  • @kchauncey it wasnt all that bad! i mean these were differant times and life was much slower, and simpler back then. what do you want STEWEE AND PETER GRIFFIN BOTH DRESSING LIKE WOMEN? at least the bird wasnt a homosexual like STEWEE. AND THERES NO PROFANITY! but you got one thing right that birds magic screwed up everything in every episode.

  • @regvision - Well, "Family Guy" isn't exactly what I'd call a kids' cartoon. The stuff that's targeted toward kids these days is generally pretty good. This was sloppily written, clunky and just... bad.

Life might've been slower in 1973, but it certainly wasn't simpler. The world back then was every bit as big and scary as it is today. You're the first person I've ever heard of talking about the early 1970s as a "simpler" time. Consider my mind officially blown!

  • @kchauncey - I was a kid back in the early 70s. We were dealing with layoffs, heroin, and urban decay, but IMHO, the 70s were simpler times overall for kids. We weren't exposed to the hard charging media blitz that kids today are (political correctness, cable tv with nudity, internet porn, gangsta rap, death metal music, AIDS). We still said the pledge of allegence with pride, most kids had 2 parents, teen pregnancy rate was much lower, & the USA was the #1 world economic & military power.

  • @regvision - One other thing: homosexuals in cartoons are nothing new, and I've never thought of them as unwelcome. I'm still convinced that Bugs Bunny and Snagglepuss are gay, and possibly Wally Gator, too. And that's just fine with me!

  • @kchauncey believe me those times were much simpler back then as compared to now ( no cell phns laptops, profanity nudity on TV) my friend if im the first person youve talked to that said the 70s were simpler then you havent never ever talked to ANYBODY from that time period. . ive also myself consideed BUGS BUNNY gay

  • @regvision

Although I do not understand half of what you wrote in your comment, there is one thing that I got out of it that I will agree with. This cartoon was not that bad!

  • How can only wonderwoman know Marlin has magic? How do they think they went back in time? Am I missing something?

  • @bandet888 See part two

  • Oh how grrooovie this cartoon was! The show came out in the early '70s, continued to be aired for almost a decade.

  • I forgot how silly "Ping and Pong" sound!

I wish they'd release this on DVD.

  • This was the 1940's Wonder Woman.

  • why doe this video stop at a couple of seconds into the video

  • Nice theme music at the closing.

  • The Brady Kids & Archie cartoon series were produced by filmation that's explain the similiarities of the characters movement and expression.

  • and the same background colors n stuff Jan look like vericonia at panio dancin reggie look was what his face name by gregg bobby look like he was on drugs at times

  • To the bradybunchlover the archies was a cartoon before the brady twips had this n filmnation reused old clips n hash into this save money.see when they sing they used the archie's show sing along clips background too.

  • silhouettes my foot they look n act like the archies to.......look at archies of windsor bear Jan looks like vericona n betty is Marcia now

  • Jane Webb voiced Wonder Woman

  • Cool toon. I liked the kid's singing and the silhouettes of them. Does anyone have any more Brady Kids eps?. I want to se emore singing and silhouettes of the kids especially of Peter and Bobby solo not just Greg solo and the whole kids like I saa win this one.

  • Any idea who did the voice for Wonder Woman?

  • ahh 1972 a great time to be a kid!

  • I'm in no hurry was one of my favorite Brady Kids songs , besides Sunshine Day and Keep On ! Thanks for posting this , it brings me back !

  • Thanks for posting this. Do you have the two part pilot episode (where the kids are lost on an island and part one ends with the kids being cornered by giant crabs)?

  • hand drawn animation is how things were done until the 90's which was a digitalanimation transition which became permanant in 1999 you won't find animation like this nowadays. I like watching stuff from before I was born. I am a 90's kid

  • Just like the Archies....

  • right down to the way the kids played their instruments. bobby drums just like jughead, greg and peter play guitar like reg and arch, jan plays keyboard like veronica etc. i thought this show was stupid when it was originally aired on ABC when i was a kid. now it feels more nostagic, and i can enjoy it better.

  • @THEsquirrel Who are The Archie's?

  • Comment removed

  • Yes, the animation of the Bradys is EXACTLY the same as the animation for the Archies. Gotta love Filmation and their cost-cutting tricks...

  • I have no idea why the Paramount logo is missing, it looks like it was spliced out of the print. Notice that the visual ends before the music does.

But notice the different Filmation card, with no TelePrompTer byline, and an added copyright for National Periodical Publications (i.e., DC Comics).

You never know the origins of these circulating 16mm prints...

  • i miss 70s cartoons, back they were simple and fun not over serious and violent like the ones of today

  • yes Jane webb was the voice of betty n she ra

  • thanks for posting

  • look they sing like the archies vericona is now jan n betty is marsha.....what a copy that why this show went Pooof!

  • hey look filmnation same back drop and why is there a laugh track....that the same voice who did she ra also....and see rip off of hot dog also

  • I don't think its the same voice as she ra. the WW voice i believe was a woman named Jane Web, She -Ra was voiced by Melody Britt. but their voices are quite similar

  • I remember this vividly! My favorite episode was the one with Merlin.

  • Thanks for posting the complete episode!

  • They DIDN'T post the complete episode, Melody.

The IN ASSOCIATION WITH card for Paramount Television is missing, and (although I'm not surprised in the least) I don't know why that is.

Somebody's got some 'splaining to do, AdzFlickz!

    > Professor DLC

  • sweet! thanks!
